Probably because they still have a very strict law in Austria, that you can't have additional lights unless they are covered. And the police pulls you over for it and force you to cover them up or remove them, otherwise you can't drive further.

Does anybody know know how much weight can be put an axle group in Europe? I only know axle weights in America. The steer axle can hold 12000-pounds (5443-kg), drive wheels can hold up to 34000-pounds (15422-kg), a standard two axle trailer with closed wheel tandems can have 34000-pounds (15422-kg). If there is 10-feet, 2-inches you can put 40000-pounds (18144-kg). These are standard type truck/trailer configurations.
Also, are there livestock trailers for cattle, pigs and chicken? Never seen anything to carry livestock.

You guys wanna see real trucks,New Zealand logging trucks being predominantly Kenworths, western stars, freightliners, navistars and Macks, we have lots of the north American trucks here and they work real well for our conditions, European trucks work well for Europe, good on you guys
