Living in Texas this and Angel fire are the closest resorts that are a blast to ride. My family goes to red river twice a year and it’s awesome every time
I'm almost just as stoked as you are whenever a new resort turns green on the map. I'm happy to update it as long as you continue to work towards this crazy goal of riding EVERY resort in the U.S.!!
I’ve been coming to red river for a couple years now and I can say that the park is just one of its qualities. You should come out and explore all that the mountain has to offer. Great vid tho
Love to see it. Was at Winter park yesterday and it was incredible. I'll probably see you out here in Colorado one of these days. Keep living the dream.
personally i think angel fire has the best terrain park. great flow, perfect size everything, dedicated terrain park chair lift, and ropes that keep out all the jerries
@@JohnathanBuckhouse yeah I just hated how it’s literally one run. But it’s nice for hot laps. I only went once and it was 2 years ago. Maybe I got lucky
Red River was definitely a whole nother level this season. Angelfire had nice mellow jumps but definitely lacked on rails and boxes this season compared to others.
@@atomicking5057 I’ve always wanted to check out red river for the town. I always heard the resort itself was aimed at beginners and that the runs are flat and not challenging. Hadn’t heard anything about the terrain parks actually
The runs are definitely not as flat as a lot of Angelfire. And it's crazy how little you hear about their awesome parks. They definitely provide terrain for all riders from beginners to advanced competitive riders. Definitely check it out this next season!
Hey! Sick videos. Any chance you may visit some Canadian slopes next season? Lots of great mountains to check out! Would love to see you in the rockies
Grey hoodie guy needs to be more even weighted through his turns as he's back foot ruddering on his toe side. You need to explain that he needs to push his hips forward BEFORE the intitation of the toeside edge and keep it locked while allowing his knees and ankles to flex through the variable terrain. As a snowboard instructor it's kinda cringe when people give tips but don't understand how to explain it, which usually results in people becoming confused and developing more bad habits. I feel for people who actually pay for ur summer camp thinking they're going to actually improve with your advice.
Hey dude, watched your vids for a while, just finished boarding in Switzerland for week, but I need more ha,I want to go over States try some resorts, problem is all my mates are boring twats ha. Need hook up with a few lads for a laugh ..any ideas pal ..

The chairlift and the bar at the top definitely pulled some weight 😂 it was just small
