A lot of vacant lot is still available for construction of new units.

Those streets in there are too tight. Hope the newer construction isnt that tight. Not enough room for cars. Can you even get a fire truck in there if there is a problem? Need to demo one side of each road and widen the roads.
Some streets are one-lane only.
Which one is a nicer city to live in? Tacgloban or Ormoc?

Such as : San juanico, international airport, university, malalaking mall, evrmc NARIYAN at causeway project ginagawa na.. at Ang capital ng eastern VISAYAs ay TACLOBAN..
BAKIT Ormoc na pipitsugin lang Yan na siyudad at Wala pa Yan kalahati kung ikokompara SA TACLOBAN..
ANG ormoc kahit KAILAN Hindi NAGING capital at Wala sa kanila Ang dalwang Robinson mall kahit MGA sm save more Wala SILA...
ANG ormoc nakikilala lang dahil ARTISTA Ang mayor now congress man siya isn't right?..😋
Both are nice.
In Tacloban you have access to the airport (easy short flights to Cebu and Manila), easy access to Southern Samar, and right on the Pacific. You have several malls, several colleges, provincial capital, and couple hospitals. In Tacloban, you get better sunrises.
In Ormoc, I’ve always heard it’s nice but havent been there. No airport so you have to go to Cebu or Tacloban to fly out. It is a 4 hour ferry ride to Cebu or 2 (?) hour drive to Tacloban. You are on the West coast so nicer sunsets but the terrain blocks sunrises.
From both it is around a 4 hour drive to Southern Leyte if you want to cross to Siargao.

Ang ormoc malayo SA TACLOBAN kung ikokompara...at Ang TACLOBAN gateway to Eastern VISAYAs,, NAPAKAGANDA ang transportation within the city..
MGA universidad , colleges, and State etc...
Capital NG Eastern VISAYAs..
TACLOBAN is a trade and commerce center the whole of region 8..lahat nandito nanggagaling..
Malayong malayo Ang ormoc KOMPARA SA TACLOBAN AT Yan Ang totoo at reliable information ito ...matagal na Ang TACLOBAN na number 1 HIGHLY urbanized city...
Nandito Ang naglalakihan na hotel at mga infrastructure...
TAHIMIK lang Ang TACLOBAN AT Hindi maingay.. MAGUGULAT KA NALANG pag PASOK mo SA MGA areas ng TACLOBAN..
