This video proves that driving on the right side of the road makes total sense. Driving to the left of oncoming traffic makes no sense. Running large fishing boats and ships, the rules of the road are to stay to the right. You always pass port to port( left to left) when it comes to passing another vessel on navigatable waters. FYI, 25 year master 500 ton captain lisence.
