    Ellis was a great steal from the aints. Let support our young QB instead of bashing him all the time. There are always growing pains but I believe in him. LETS GO FALCONS!!!

      73aguilera, growing pains were a thing of the past. A NFL QB comes in way better prepared than they use to. Look at Brock Purdy, CJ Stroud and more. If I were them I would go get a franchise QB and more pass rushers that is all they need

      @@matchpoint14 “and more” there is no more lmao purdy is a system qb , you know what Shannahan does with qbs. He also played 9 games year one much more than Ridders 4 games year 1. Stroud is the exception. Love how you ignore Young’s struggles, and don’t try to blame it on his surroundings. Lawrence, hurts, Tua all had bad first years and developed….pickett is developing (hopefully for the Steelers), fields the same. The way you say you’d get a franchise qb so easily is hilarious and shows the mentality of this fanbase. Spoiled by all
      The years we had Matty ice it makes you think it’s so easy to find a franchise one.

      @@73aguilera we went from Vick to Matty with only a one year gap and this fanbase acts like that's normal. Look at Greenbay - Farve to Rodgers and now Love is struggling. Thank you for spitting facts but they won't listen.

    How do we maneuver to get Shedeur in red and black in a couple years? The impact that would have on this franchise and city would be incredible.
    I actually like Arthur Smith. I think we have had a bit of bad luck, a couple decisions and picks haven’t panned out, but I like where we are going. We need a few guys at this point. We need a qb who can go win the game, not just manage. I’m almost expecting 2 turnovers a game at this point. It shouldn’t be that way.

    • @London_szn
      @London_szn ปีที่แล้ว +2

      We are rolling with ridder and I like that he’s going to be special he just needs to clean up his turnovers

    • @tylera5657
      @tylera5657 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I really feel like Ridder will be good, even though he makes some bad turnovers he’s shown that he’s clutch in the 4th and he’s very confident. So many QBs throw a lot of picks in their first full year starting, if he can improve that throughout the rest of the season and the offseason he has the potential to be a top QB

    • @GodlyZOfficial
      @GodlyZOfficial ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Ridder has won us games already this season as a first year starter. Every QB turns over the ball. Especially young QBs. Asking for a guy that isn’t even done with college yet is kinda wild from a team building standpoint.
      NEWSFLASH ‼️
      Ridder already beat the NUMBER ONE PICK(told everyone Bryce was ass but y’all want a new QB so bad).
      He also beat the better QB in the draft CJ Stroud(who I personally wanted cause we’ll look at what he’s doing in Houston of all places).
      Ridder has the tools and all it takes is limiting the turnovers. I don’t think it will happen this year but next year he could be a different animal(kinda like how Hurts and Lawrence came up. Both were ass their first year full starts. Turnovers galore just like Ridder.)
      COLLEGE -> NFL is a different beast.

    • @juttybear7024
      @juttybear7024 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@GodlyZOfficial It never made sense to me to say one QB beat another. Bryce and CJ don’t play defense, so saying he defeated them in the context you presented is giving him more credit than he deserves.
      For the record, I like Ridder. He seems to be tough, but he is not the guy to lead this franchise for the next 10+ years. I just don’t see him developing into that player.
      Like I said, I see us winning in spite of him, not because of him. I’ll be pleasantly surprised if he does become “the guy”, but Arthur Smith didn’t bench him and place his coaching future into the hands of Taylor Heinicke because Ridder was going through run-of-the-mill young QB woes.
      I think there are some basic things Ridder is struggling to
      Improve. In a way, I blame Smith for my intensified lack of confidence in Ridder.
      Sanders has a higher ceiling if he can stay healthy and make the transition to the next level. Plus, the impact of having that Sanders name back in ATL, and at QB, would be massive.

    Right!
    This team with this silly coach and his ultra conservative offense will lose drastically against any of the top 10 teams. Why the falcons are struggling to score 20 points the other team will be passing the ball at will and get 40 plus points on them. Even first time quarterbacks all year have come in and lit this team up. We need a pass first offense. That run first offense worked in the 70s but not any longer. With super glue on the gloves you can virtually pass the ball at will just run 7 yards and turn around or cut across the field. You can not stop it.
