    Frontline Foam is a hobby shop in Provo, Utah, dedicated to making aftermarket nerf more accessible to the nerf hobby. If you're looking for a specialized, custom, 3D-printed blaster or parts, Frontline Foam is for you.
    The shop is run by 10 employees who build each and every blaster by hand. The videos you see on our channel are often filmed in the very shop where we build and test your blasters. All blaster designs are produced with designer permission, and often collaboration.
    Frontline Foam was started by Derrikk Sun, who says his passion for building nerf blasters over the past 12 years has accidentally overblown into a small and rapidly growing business.
    We believe that nerf is not only just for fun, but can be a healthy outlet for stress contributing to serious mental health issues. We stand by mental health awareness & effective recovery efforts.
    We aspire to be an asset in the nerf hobby and our communities in general to improve people's lives through fun.

    Something to consider when doing the magnet sanding is that they're made of a toxic material that should under no circumstances be inhaled or ingested. Please take care

    I use a wooden dowel for removing the barrel. works really good to get some friction inside, and not scratching it up.

      Awesome idea, thanks for posting it.
      I suppose even a wooden chopstick could get it out if you wrapped enough tape around one end.

    I was too impatient to wait for the video release so I started building my Zinc last night! I'll need to reassemble the plunger because I forgot the o ring and reversed the smooth rod's direction. If only I had this video 24 hours ago 😂

    I had to sand my frame and slide for around an hour because my frame was warped a little, but I was impatient and didnt wanna wait. (1 hour of sanding>waiting overnight to print the frame again) I also sand down all my mags, and the magwell too a little bit, I start with 80 for about one minute then, 5 seconds of 120, and 220. Love this gun, wish I had your tweaked files when I printed mine a week ago, but man I cant stop shooting this thing, such a blast.
    Also, I like the crescent wrench shaped hammer you got there haha.

    • @FrontlineFoamBlasters
      @FrontlineFoamBlasters  ปีที่แล้ว

      There’s a lot of repeated force on the catch face and the o-ring in the middle makes a seal against the guide rod and CNC core.

    • @VirginiaRican
      @VirginiaRican 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Make sure the catch is operating smoothly. Make sure the threaded rod is all the way inserted into the thumbscrew. After that, you may need to back out the threaded insert a quarter of a turn or so.
