I own the Home Depot version of this foldaway fan. Mine looks very similar to the one that you have, except mine has a built in rechargeable battery with a three blade set and it runs very quietly on all three speeds. It also moves a good amount of air from across an average size room. I had no idea that there were other variants of this fan out there, until watching your video. 👍

i got a 3 of them i did have 4 of them but one of them broke and i haven't gotten a replacement yet good video and i enjoyed the video
This thing chews it's own internal cord after a few uses. I'm glad I got a better version that oscillates, it doesn't have that issue.
