Hello Alex, I have old formation and it's like 4th formation you showed in the video but AMF position is very close to DMF position and what you think about that formation, is it good? Paraguay had that formation in efootball 23

Try 3-2-4-1 man city default formation with 2 amfs and 2 dmfs. You can keep the ball really well cuz of 4 midfielders
