By the way, do you happen to know the solution when the Luger's bolt stop (slide stop) is not working?

this issue has various reason
1. A weak magazine spring
2. Banded Bolt hold open lever
3. Too strong hold open lever retain spring
4. Toggle action not fully cycled
just check them one by one,and you will be fine

@@R.E.C.-Research-Taiwan I am also having this issue. I have tested and confirm that its not the magazine spring, or the open lever retain spring. please can you explain what you mean by banded bold hold open lever?

The bolt stop lever is a thin stamped metal sit in a narrow groove of the lower, in sometime it will banned / deform after slammed by the toggle over the usage, and this deform will get caught by its groove causing the malfunction.
i suggest sending your's to local shop for exam if these method are still now working.

@@bungalarangan100 If you are not in Taiwan, I guess you will have to change the parts by yourself, Price "1600" will be your choice. The "1800" price is for customer sending their P-08 to me and change the stainless steal parts by me.
