Today we try to beat Hazard 3 in Deep Rock Galactic Survivor and to do so, we want to fill the entire stage in molten fire. No clue what "molten" fire is supposed to be, but it sounds like it would deal a ton of damage - and boy did we deal a ton of damage.

damage numbers on the incendiary grenade are bugs, according to a dev on the steam forums, so the 40 million damage is probably not reflecting reality lol

If you look at the fire damage at the bottom of the end screen it seems more accurate@@DexTag
Worries about taking damage.... avoids basically all armour upgrades on level up :D
the fire grenade is very good, much better than it seems at first. First time I took it I thought it was worthless till I realized it did more damage and had a higher dps than any of my other weapons with barely any upgrades.
The damage screen is bugged. I had the incendiary grenade for only a few minutes and had like 6mill damage, when I saw it ticking for ~50 on each bug.
screen that shows damage by damage types seems to be accurate, it shows 8 mil dmg with fire while incendiary grenade being the only fire weapon
I recently did a Haz 4, farmed it out and got to lvl 55 and only did 13 million damage all in so this is not accurate.
Dex looking for gold tipped, while having gold tipped already is classic not paying attention Dex :D

His final level was still only 54 though. that was my interpretation of his point on the last video. that it doesn't affect total lvl only the speed to get to the total level which makes it redundant if you can get through the early stages without it because you just lose levels in something that actually works. same mechanic as goobies where instead of a level cap on each item/weapon you hit a point that it's basically impossible to level up from the available exp. experience.
Your last weapon would have been great for the boss once its upgraded and overclocked. Insane single point damage.
why do i feel like he is purposefully avoiding clear areas with a gaggle amount of experience then heading to areas with no experience.
While he has 6 armor: Why did i took so much dmg? I'm mega tanky!
Boss at H4 does 264 dmg to me and i usualy have some armor. H5 yesterday it was like 304 but i didn't see it clearly.
Thunderhat is the best and most broken weapon in the game. It is also the reason why the enemies got pushed back in your video. This gun deletes even end level bosses with the right upgrates trust me

I already did a full grenade run with ice fire kinetic and the axe wich came with the class. it went insane you legit could see anything and you had to stand still the whole time because you legit couldnt see the enemies. but thats fine you kill everything easily!

what, many weapon in hazard 5 on average need to do around 10 million-20 million damage to win.
@@dodang_9147 Mainly because in all of his past videos, not many weapons did more then even 5M. This comment was based on knowledge that was before getting to know about Hazard 5 and the required weapon skills respectively.
why does it show 12.5m damage at the bottom yet 41m damage on the item lol? early access stats i guess :P gotta love when excitement beats the facts of a game. I still prefer death must die but i've been trying to stick with this one. the power fantasy isn't quite there but i guess when the game shows you a fake 40m you get excited?
the weapon ticks always with its full damage including the overflow, but rthe totalcount ist dead enemys HP

Please don't take this the wrong way but Dex comes off as seriously scatterbrained. He's literally "Attention Deficit Ohhh Shiny" in these videos. It's simultaneously fun and frustrating :p.
No worries, no bad feelings, I even annoy myself sometimes with that but games + recording somehow manages to always excite me, it's the only place where I am like that. I don't even tend to be like that in streams unless I really get into it
