We spend hours backtracking and thinking we did something wrong and trying to fix it, when a simple connection or fuse was all that was wrong - argggg! Glad you found and fixed yours.
Thankfully I found this relatively quickly. I've spent hours trying to find problems. Sometimes I just need to step away and the solution will come to me. Thankfully I'm not paying a shop to do all this.
There is a button you push down at the top of the shift lever . Just stick a screwdriver down in the hole and push down . This will let you mover the shifter down and out of the way to work on the radio or to just take the panel out . This way you can keep the key out of the ignition .
i have a question, so you replaced the radio fuse which was burned and instead plugged an AC fuse where the radio fuse was and which is the same type as the radio fuse and the radio worked?
Yes. You could try a new fuse too. I'm guessing the fuse burned out because I had the factory amp plugged in. I should have unplugged it before installing the aftermarket radio.

Finally where "Dimmer" was connected?
Was he released, like the other 4 wires?
