This is one of the better videos on this that i have seen.. Great job.. And we all know what a lisp is, but i have never heard of a wisfp.. IT'S AWESOME....
i have a question, what is it called when we have front end (views) & back end (logic) in the same project like jsp or some magento type app do we call it as SOAP based ? and when we have different projects for front & back end like Angular & java spring boot is it REST ?
@@paragkadam2169 that I dont know. Soap api gives extra security as it hides the business logic into an envelope so I thought that may be banking or other services that requires extra protection prefer SOAP over REST.

Wow, thats a great tutorial! Thanks!
Very well explained ..
Awesome. Thanks
Good one
PUT and POST are not presented without enough detail I feel. PUT is Update and post is create is idiomatically correct but there's more to it.
10:00 soap uses XML which is a markup language where in rest json is not programming language
Thanks for summarizing
Can we say that wsdl file is sent for the whole web page. so for one web page we have one wsdl file?
Good video. Well done.

I think you need to change the title, initially I thought that you will only tell the differences but you even explained both the topics.
Good idea
Jesus i have no idea what this is but I must learn! 😂🤣
@Ravi sagar
Can you elaborate what is meant by REST is a architectural pattern and SOAP is a protocol?
i have a question, what is it called when we have front end (views) & back end (logic) in the same project like jsp or some magento type app do we call it as SOAP based ?
and when we have different projects for front & back end like Angular & java spring boot is it REST ?
thank you very much , can you send me the PDF (your presentation) in this video please ?
When would someone want to create a soap API, is there anything that can be done just by soap and not by rest?
in banking sector, soap api is used as they dont want to reveal the business logic
@@raushanraj9044 so would people still consider writing a SOAP API for a fresh banking project?
