I am unsubscribing from some camping channels because they have lost their way from the basics that caused me to subscribe to them. I don't sub to hundreds of channels, but you and Sammy keep it simple and stay to what sparked my interest in the first place. I was also battling the erratic rain patterns to get out and stealth camp recently about 90 minutes east of Rochester. Any who, happy 4th and the hammock montage left no dry eye.✨🧨

Guaranteed to make you hate floaters your whole career afterwards. Great video buddy, appreciate the chicken, and fur left over footage.

Hello Kevin. I'm a 44 year old stealth camper/bike packer. I wanted to tell you. Here in New Mexico stealth camping is so easy it should be a crime. I watch your videos and see how much you have to go through and I laugh. It ain't nothing like that out here. 😂 Honestly I don't think you can really even call it stealth camping. I barely have to try. Anyway, this video cheered me up before work so thanks. Maybe think about coming out to the desert when the weather starts getting cold over there. L8r

FYI... Thermacell makes a version named a "Backpacker." It works with butane cannisters. Only need to buy the blue wafers. Much more economical vs standard Thermacell fuel cartridges.
You need to carry a water filter with you so you can filter water from wherever you’re at, one such filter is called the Grayl, I have one it’s awesome you should buy one and carry it, doubles as a water bottle.
So first off love your videos, and second I'm a bit of a google maps nerd.. I've scouted Rochester on google maps and have found most of the spots you go to, (not trying to be a stalker lol) I just find it interesting knowing and seeing where all the stealth camps spots are from above.. The fact you walk to each spot is really cool but it makes for repetitive spots that you're comfortable going to, which I don't really mind, but I think the reason some other channels like og Steve blew up is because he would take risks and find new places to camp every time.. Now, I also have scouted spots I'm pretty sure you haven't camped because they would be too far to walk, If you're interested I could send you pins to the locations I've found, one is a roundabout and I've been waiting for you to stealth a roundabout, soo heart this comment or reply if you want me to send you pins on insta or some other way. I'm all set on the pins my friend, thank you, but keep them for yourself to enjoy! I often return to the same spots for a couple reasons: primarily, I'm doing this opposite a demanding full-time (or more) job and taking the time to scout new, exciting places and then getting to them, filming them, and editing them becomes a problem with amount of free hours I have to do this; secondly, Steve and I aren't the same channel, and we both have different branding and trajectories. While steves brand is constantly trying to one-up himself with new locations, (and he's really good at it) mine is more leaning on myself as a personality and the quietude of small plots (heh) of hidden land in urban areas that the normal person wouldn't normally notice (that I can walk/bike to). Don't worry, I'm not out of new spots!

Not all poison ivy. I used to think the same thing. Poison ivy has 3 leaves but Virginia creeper has 5 leaves looks a lot alike and made the same mistake all my life until someone showed me the differences. Look like fun keep it up I enjoy your videos.
