My eyes are literally watering. I do not know how to express it at the moment. I'm not getting enough sleep because of depression and anxiety, listening to it is such a great relief. Sad how we're missing on such simple and beautiful things available in nature.

I'm trying to take my mind off Tom Tipper the postman and his red van too and the same thing going with Postman Pat and I hate them very badly and I keep taking red cars, vans and and the other ones in different colours and I thought it was real but it wasn't and I won't be thinking about that ever again. And I hate to take people the wrong way too.
Those are really bad thoughts and I hate to let them get to me even when I'm watching Thomas & Friends and other TV shows.
