I've just had my first dose of Astra zaneca and I'm terrified. I'm 67 I live alone. This is very stressful. I don't know what to think or expect. I'm more frightened now than I have been of covid.
You are most probably going to be fine... clots with low platelets are rare side effect and even rarer in over 50’s... similar to this kind of reaction rarely is also seen in some people with drug heparin. We just don’t know the exact reason why , and the risk factors. Where I live there has been no ban on AZ even for young more at risk people from the start... and I know of more than a dozen people around me who have got theirs and are doing absolutely fine... Getting covid is more risky at your age than the risk of vaccine side effects. Lol in Canada Alberta did not stop Astra first it was Ontario, and they did it because it wasn't safe and 1 in 60 000 have a chance for Bloodclot. In Alberta they only stopped because they were running out and want to be able to give everyone their second shot that had originally got Astra first. Nothing to do with our safety.

I got a DVT in my chest from a PICC line which could’ve broken up and moved anywhere. It’s a known risk for a PICC line (they say it’s rare) but should I have said no to the PICC line which was crucial for my health? I don’t think so. It’s the risks you weigh. I had to have a shot of Warfarin at the hospital and be on a blood thinner for 6 months. I know I have a Vitamin D deficiency which most people living in the Western and Northern countries also have. Sure you worry about the side effects of any drug, but do I want to pass along this virus to my children and risk their lives? No way.
Please do your research before allowing anyone to inject you with a vaccine. I know we're living in constant fear of this virus but the vaccine is not "approved" only " approved under emergency medical use". It says so right on the box and also on the government's website.
Necessity for a PICC line is WAY different than the flu. You cannot compare apples to oranges. None of these vaccines are actually or approved yet and FDA states on their site that none of them actually meet any criteria for being approved any time in the near future. You must take that into consideration. Your PICC line was not experimental.

VAERS data for the CDC ( vacine adverse events reporting system ) Reports of bleeding issues with low platelets ie thrombocytopenia also strokes and brain haemorrhage. Dr Michael Gregory an Obstetrician in Florida died when his platelets dropped to zero post vacine. Causality has not been confirmed but in order to make informed consent it is important to have clarity regarding the types of adverse events being reported. Yellow card reporting system for the UK has similar reports. UK Column on TH-cam have an interview titled No smoke without fire part 4 which looks into this in detail.

8 hours after getting the AZ I became very very sick. I vomited uncontrollably for 6 hours. I couldnt even keep my own saliva down. I blew all the blood vessels in my eyes with the puking strain. I felt utterly horrible in my body core for 36 hours. Other side effects... massive headache, purple/red spots on my cheeks and forehead, fever blisters on lower lips, shakes, chills, joint ache. But no fever? I could sense that my white blood count was way up (similar to past gastro episodes). I had a similar reaction when I got shingvax about 4 years ago...but not nearly this bad. I have had bouts of gastroflu since a child with similar nausea reactions. Do I have an overreactive immune response? Has anyone out there had this reaction?
blood clots can happen at any age. I underwent chemo treatments when I was 28 and developed a pulmonary embolism (fancy medical term for blood clots in the lungs). Almost 14 years later and I'm still kicking
Headache and breathless, too common symptoms for all suffering from side effects, these are early symptoms of coagulopathy, many more have been missed, undetected coagulopathy.
It is rare ( think about the number of total vaccines given without any issues) and actually the risk of blood clot is higher in women who take oral contraceptives.

The risk of blood clots from birth control pills, or hormone replacement therapy is a thousand times greater. COVID is like speeding cars on a busy freeway. Rare blood clot is like an airplane falling out of sky. You are standing in the middle of that busy freeway. Which are the more significant danger...the many speeding cars running into you... or an airplane falling out of the sky and landing on you?? RARE complications happen... This lady was the rare one. The other million people who got the shot that day were fine. And those vaccinations likely saved thousands of lives. The benefit far outweighs the risk !!!
@@2shadowcats2 Again, the only reason astra is seeing limits put on it is because the lower the age, the less the benefits outweigh the risk for that person. Yes BC can cause blood clots, but those can be treated with blood thinners. These ones are fancy special blood clots that if treated with heparin(standard blood clot treatment), you will kill the person. Its not a choice between astra and no vaccine. Its a choice between multiple vaccines and no vaccine. Why give astra to women under 55 if you have a shot at killing them when you can give literally any other vaccine?
They cannot and should not be comparing blood clots as a risk of using birth control. Birth control has been used for decades and it is proven the clot risk is rare based on facts. This vaccine is so new and no one can predict the outcome. The U.S. is wise to not approve AZ yet and yet they are shipping their supply to Canada who is readily accepting it. They also paused J&J right away. Let’s hope they won’t be shipping their supply to us either. So ridiculous.
All lost lives count. But statistics show that covid kills way more people then vaccines do. That is the risk/benefit analysis. Look at how many, also young, people die in India right now from covid. Now has these blood clots, severely anemic and vitamin D deficient, severely low blood platlets. I am still allergy reactive autoimmune inflammatory arthritis from a Hep B vaccines 19 years ago. It never went away. Some initial adverse reactions seem to fade or go away, but you can undo a immune reaction--they just keep going and some of the damage just keeps going. Try to fix the Vitamin D and the anemia, watch out for allergic reactions that trigger this "adverse effect". Hope she gets better unlike me, but what are the odds of that. I learned to control my inflammatory arthritis but it never went away. She'll get a little better if she changes her lifestyle/food.
I also had Hep B vax in the late 90s. After that I started having lumbar issues and one fine day my knee was suddenly swollen for no reason. I continued to have joint pains over the years, and later intestinal issues. In my early 30s I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, Ankylosing Spondylitis. About 10 years later I got to know AS is caused by a nasty strain of klebsiella bacteria, which can be killed off with borax treatment. When I stopped treating my AS like an autoimmune disease and started treating it like a bacterial infection, I started feeling better and the flares stopped. I can't undo the damage that's been done, but I'm able to halt the progression now with borax and diet changes. I strongly suspect these vaccines contain weaponized microorganisms. Gulf War syndrome is caused by a weaponized mycoplasma developed with the help of MD Anderson hospital. East Texas is full of GWS, people who never served in military and never left the US. Young kids in the region have been diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis, due to the mycoplasma, and corrupt doctors refuse to prescribe doxycycline and tetracycline, which are the only allopathic drugs (not without side effects) that can get the mycoplasma under control. They lie and say it's genetic, no cure, exactly what I was told about my AS. Borax can kill all this stuff (also the h. pylori bacteria that causes acid reflux disorder). Get pure borax, dissolve 1/8 teaspoon into 1 liter boiling hot water (heat proof glass jar or bowl), let it cool down, drink that daily. 1 liter borax water daily. After 2 weeks can increase it to 1/4 teaspoon. During the 1st week or 2 you may have mild headaches due to detox. Drink lots of regular (non borax) water throughout the day to help flush out the nasties. You may also start to have vivid dreams, as borax decalcifies the pineal gland. A lot of big stores like Walmart, Kroger and such stopped stocking borax because it got to be known that people were curing chronic disease with it, and causing a loss to Big Pharma and medical industry. But you can get it online and you might find it in some feed/agriculture stores.

@@Lovepreet_Singh93 what about long term? I’ve seen a lot of horror stories. Either way, I hope you guys are fine.
🙏 prayers for your recovery, had no idea that this is how some people suffer after certain vaccines are introduced to their bodies.
Not certain vaccines these vaccines that have never been tested on animals so you are all the Guinea pigs for the big pharmas I would not have it for all the money in the world
The news anchor was trying so hard to diminish the danger. I'm glad this woman is better but whoosh, and what she said about not knowing the symptoms of a blood clot and perhaps they would think it was covid and isolate? Yep, a lot of people would do that. So thank you Lauren for educating us.
Holy cow, my son said the same thing. He’s 11
More people get sick of the vaccin rather then of covid
Asking about the 2nd dose was a kinda dumb question ngl
Not really, people are running in to get a vaccine for an illness that has a death rate under 1%, that is untested longterm, brand new to the market, that is approved by the Medical governing body in zero countries, it is being given under emergency orders in every single Country, and who cares if it kills you, because the companies that give it to you can not be sued. So why assuming ppl are stupid enough to take it in the 1st place, that this lady wouldn’t run get her second dose, I’m sure she’d be fine.
@@ladidaohoh3168 the AZ vaccine seems to have a risk of death of 1 in 1 million. Thats 0.0001% vs your quoted 1% for covid. If you stay unvaxed, and get covid, you might give it to 5 people. Itll only take 3 generations of disease before someone dies. Do you really want to be responsible for that? Theres some risk of course but we all need to sacrifice for the greater good sometimes
@@seriousbees that is based off of stats for previous vaccines, which these are NOT, that’s the problem, we have no idea the long term side effects of Mrna’s, so the answer is I’m more willing to take my chance’s on nature, than something brand new concocted in a lab, that does not have the test of time behind it. I really wish people would stop comparing this crap with conventional vaccines, they are Not the same.
@@seriousbeesThose numbers you are giving are not realistic for the vaccine because this is a human experiment, so to suggest we know with certainty that the vaccine is safer than Covid is a little naive, if that turns out to be true in about a year, I will get the vaccine. Once something has been injected into your body it can not be taken out, based on my personal experience with Covid not one single person among my friends, my coworkers, my family, or anyone in my area, I have not heard of one single illness or death from Covid, so you will excuse me if I use my eyes and my brain to decide if I’m putting people at risk.... you do understand pharma companies # 1 directive above all things is to make profits, why would I trust peoples who’s number 1 objective is to make money, to inject me with their experiments.... but you do you.
@@ladidaohoh3168 AstraZeneca is not mRNA vaccine!
I personally have 2 thrombotic genes, Mutations. I inherited it from my Mum. I am concerned about blood clots caused by the AstraZeneca vaccine. I spoke to my doctor about my concerns. He told me I was silly. I still have not had the vaccine. I am a single Mum and I am worried.
You look young, don’t get the vaccine
Do you have the option of Pfizer or Moderna?
@@margoty5654 Thank you...I am so confused. I want to be here for my son, I know that they are different forms of the vaccine. Astro Zeneca has the most cases of blood clots...which really concerns me...My Doctor told me I am too emotional and not logical. I want a choice.
Please go with your gut!! Don’t feel pressured into it!! You know what’s best for your own doctor, maybe time to find a new doctor!!
I feel the truth is about to come out, so many adverse events on VAERS. I wish I could send you info, everything good gets deleted off of YT. If you post an email address I will send you some good info when I get home. Until then, hold off as long as you can. You have a 99% chance of recovering from Covid. The vaccine isn’t preventing the spread and it’s not safe
I had 1st jab of AstraZeneca vaccine yesterday.. hope everything goes well
How your vaccines
I have a condition of low platelets, I have been living with low platelets for 20 years. I asked the doctor at vaccination center if I should avoid the Astra Zeneca due to my condition. They told me not to worry, that the low platelets I have do not concern and have no relation with cases of blood clotting.
Did you get the vaccination? How did you feel afterwards?
@@ishahmed3627 I have got the first dose on April 16th, got fever ar around 38.5 C deg in the evening, feeling tired, exhausted. Got paracetamol to sleep. The day after no temperature but still feeling tired, unwell, so I did rest most of the day. In the evening feeling much better, still no temperature. Third day all OK, feeling well. No other problems so far till today. Second dose scheduled for June 23rd.
Platelets are little cells which clot your blood. She had low platelets because all hers got used up by the big clots that occured in response to her vaccine.

It's not that rare as they try to convince us 🤔
What are the numbers?
@@contrerasmcr100 25 cases of blood clots after 150M vaccinations in India... Numbers speak it all
My uncle is suffering recurring clots from Astrazeneca.
Why is this not on British television
The scariest part of this reality is that she CANNOT s u e this manufacturing company!!! They are exempt of legal responsibility!!!! Wake up people!
I've been going to so many videos telling people to wake up....its crazy....
How can something be widely reported and extremely rare?
“First, Do No Harm”
Has been replaced with, “The End Justifies the Means”, because greed, profit and perversion is just more important for ‘professional’ medical personnel.
Who are here watching this after taking AstraZeneca ?I had mine 2 days ago.
Love how when they talk about these blood clots,...the word before it is always 'rare'.
Do we really think they are keeping track?
No.
I wish there is a study correlating whether vaccinating with vitamin deficient against someone with sufficient with vitamins and who likely to get the blood clots or worst side effects.
Hey Global news good on you for speaking about what is going on. Keep these stories going please
Yup.. Global News surprised me too by releasing this news
"It's widespread, but rare."
That sentence doesn't make sense to me.
Welcome to reality of msm..
I got AZ and i have high fever at night and my brain was working so fast thinking here and there.. now my head sometimes also hurts
I took first jab of Az vaccin on 5 May in Malaysia and tomorrow is my tenth day. Next jab is 12 weeks as recommended by Who. Had fever 5 hours after the jab and fever stop within 24 hours with the helps of couples paracetamols.
I had both and so far so good
Scary to take my second jab i dont think so
Now has these blood clots, severely anemic and vitamin D deficient, severely low blood platlets.
Hope your going to be ok hen 💖💖💖

Astra Zeneca should be held accountable for this!!!
I’m so glad you’re ok! Praise Jesus for his hand over your life, and thank him for each day 💗
How about praise the hard working medical staff, and not some mythological dude
A mythological figure that all three major religions agree actually existed in history 🤔 He must have lived in that mythological place called Israel. There couldn’t possibly be 2,000 year old archaeological evidence of the places, names and details of his life... oh wait.
Nurses and doctors get plenty of help from Jesus the great physician so I will happily continue to praise him thank you 🥰
@@ozztam pretty sure she wouldn’t have survived if it wasn’t for the medical doctor who treated her.
Who gives us life to begin with? I don’t know about you but I don’t have a doctor walking around with me keeping my heart beating and my lungs breathing every day. A doctor was not responsible for putting the cells of my body together when I was in my mother’s womb. Plenty of people die in the hands of doctors. This woman experienced the mercy of God, giving her another day. Every day I will praise him! He is my Creator. In him we live and move and have our being! 🥰💖🙌🙌🙌
@@ozztam Well pretty simple, with all due respect good sir, your parents conceived you, as in they chose to breed and the sperm cells fertilized the egg thus creating a pregnancy. God didn't just magically have you grown. This is why these days in vitro fertilization is common, we can grow a baby outside the womb if necessary too such as the mother not being healthy enough to be pregnant safely. It's scientific advancement, not some magical philosophy. God doesn't automatically cause people to become pregnant.
Terribly frightning , thankfully she had decent care
The old Astra Zenekillya should be banned now
Who in their right mind woul take any of those vaccines for one they were made to quick and number two there is no liability if any thing happens you that should be enough for people to think about before getting it
