Hi both, lovely round up and good to see you again 😁. Hate it when the diesel heater plays up, good spot 👍 not the easiest to find. Anyway, looking forward to the next instalment and your other travels 🙏😘
Oh god don’t Judge us by the awkwardness and bad editing 😬 warning, the sound is all over the place 😆 thanks so much for the support, we will be back on the road soon enough!
Enjoy the reset, you’ve got the experience now and a clear picture of what you guys want to do and how you want to do it! Looking forward to seeing what you’ve got planned next!
Great to see you back in UK. What an epic experience this adventure has been. Especially the people and their culture. Look forward to seeing what you get up to next. Take Care Both ❤
Good to see you back, I was wondering where you had got to. I'm sure Penelope has many miles left in her. Looking forward to seeing where you end up next.
She certainly does and we’ve got another big adventure planned for her, but for now she’s our home until we crack on with the next project and phase of our journey 👍🏻 thanks for the support Andy.
I was just saying yesterday to my Wife Tina that I was worried about the both of you. So glad you posted this Video as it's set my mind at rest. Cannot wait to see where your Journey takes you. Happy new year by the way. Mick and Tina x
For those planning a build similar to Penelope and prefer old trucks check out Edison Motors in Canada 🇨🇦 there just prototyping at the moment but I think there approach is the future for big rigs 🚛👍🏻⚡️⛽️
You’re not helping the confusion of Xmas holiday days by posting this on a Saturday instead of a Sunday. Nice to see you guys back, I sent you a wee message yesterday on messenger Craig seeing if you’re planning any trips this year
Hi guys nice to see your safely back on british shores bits I picked out you both know how you want to live your lives the truck has one more long trip so I’m going to guess the last trip will be to its new owner will you carry on your travels on missionary work may be or move over seas to live one last guess sell Penelope than buy an m.a.n 18 ton all wheel drive and build it out then go on some real travel across the world but only you know your plans and we will wait with baited breath p.s Matthew pain has done this m.a.n big conversion
I'm a Brit in British Columbia, I'll be building my rig after seeing too many boge jobs both DIY & 'professional 'disasters. I'll travel BC & Yukon which means no borders, no fees & the two places are as big as Washington & Oregon plus ALL of California. Oh yeah, forget the US, totally over promoted, save your money.
Is there not an exemption to the emissions crap for vehicles over 30 years old? I know there is for cars, I've been right into european cities with a 50 year old car just because I can!. I'm currently building a 39 year old Mercedes bull nose truck into an overland camper I know it's definitely exempt in the Scottish ULEZ zones which I intend to take full advantage of!
Great to have all 3 of you back safe and sound, fairly sure its borrowed time for now ahead of waving you off again one day. Mighty proud of the journey from the start of the build, you have both grown into epic individuals making an invincible team, my little girl and the mountain man. ❤
Evening sorry to bother you, is there a way to contact you about your trip please. I'm considering driving to Bulgaria in my 5ton ex Sprinter Ambulance, Austria was my original route but watching some videos seems to be a pain with some peoples experiences. Germany, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Romaina & Bulgaria was the other route I have considered, but would love to have your input & experiences without clogging up your channel. Any help you are willing to give would be gratefully received, I am UK based. Thank you for your time.
Was lovely to see Penelope when I picked up a roofrack for our Overland build the other week. Looking forward to meeting you guys sometime.
Hey! Quite a few dafs in the area atm 😆 we will be in the U.K. for a while so hopefully our paths will cross 😁

Glad that you are back in the UK. shame you had problems but as they say without hiups it would just be a holiday not an adventure.
Thanks Vince… we never did get to meet up even though we were so close at times. Hope your next adventure is an awesome one!
