I’d say my first ever attendance to a Disney Halloween party was a success . This was a sold out ticketed event after the normal park hours ended .

This entire vlog is proof that Disney Villains make things so much cooler, especially around Halloween.
After watching Tim and Jenn attend the WDW event and seeing the gigantic handfuls of candy each stop gave them, I gotta say it looks like they cheaped out a bit in DCA.
Side note: The bit with them in this video had me rolling.
Jennifer Bureau I totally thought that too but by the end of the night I had a bag overflowing with stuff, and I didn’t even hit every treat trail!
It was fun having the villains in some of the treat trails too, that was a nice addition. And I agree! Tim and Jenn are so fun. Saw them at the party last night, they were both super cool!
Fizzy Fizzy I agree it was better (I wouldn’t say “much,” but I would say better) in DL, but specifically because 1) Disneyland has more attractions so when you were done with party stuff for a while you could go to, ya know, the rest of Disneyland and 2) the atmosphere of New Orleans Square, and the Cadaver Dans. However, DCA can handle the parade crowd way better, and the characters (villains) on the trick or treat trails was really cool, and DCA has the large spaces (Animation Academy building, the stages, etc) to accommodate the villain trails. Plus, imma be honest, Villains Grove was really really gorgeous and unexpectedly cool. Very Descanso Gardens, but better.
But yes, I preferred the party in Disneyland as well. But not by a lot. It’s a different vibe in DCA for Halloween, much more adult and spooky than Disneyland, and I do like the vibe.
I've been going to the Disneyland Halloween party for years and everytime I've went it's always been about 2 pieces of candy at each stop. I've got to say this oogie bash is better than the Disneyland ones. The character trails add a lot and the villains grove is pretty awesome in person.
Just wish that the 'evil queen' was hanging around. I mean 'that one' because she is awesome.

Well that's probably the least scary of the haunts you visit this time of year but absolutely the most visually entertaining. Your blooper riddled encounter with Tim and Jen at the end was hilarious. Well Done Adam!

What an outstanding event!! You guys were quite the hoot! Glad you kept the "outtakes" in!!!
When they first announced they were moving back to DCA I wasn't interested. But wow - they did an amazing job over there. I have seen a complete walk through of that Villains Grove and it looks stunning. I love the live interactive villains along the treat trails and was so glad when they brought the headless horseman out here to the west coast. That horse is gorgeous! So I never purchased a ticket, and now it's too late. O well, maybe next year.
They did a great job . When they announced the overlay to the redwoods area I was sold
We skipped it too. High ticket price, no haunted mansion, no rides, no Friday night offering, and not much to do in DCA all night. Visually it is impressive, but the parties at DL offered much more for the ticket price.

HeyMan With JayMan Adam is easy to spot sometimes, since he’s so tall! Saw Adam, Justin/Ally, Tim & Jenn, the Dis Unplugged crew, Mr Cheezy Pop, and some other Disney/So Cal/Theme Park vloggers. It was a really fun night! Great energy from the CMs.
@@AshlynnBeeWhoa you see a lot of vloggers. Defiantly alot of people at the event, surprised i seen any big TH-camrs like Justin. I was looking around pretty hard to see some but just seen Justin and Ally.
HeyMan With JayMan I did, yeah. Justin and Tim were actually in almost the same area, and because my SO had never actually said hi to Tim and Jenn before (we’ve seen them at DL and WDW) we just have a quick “hi, love your channel” and booked it to the candy. I feel like I see a lot of Disney vloggers in general since I tend to go to the opening day/night of Disney events.

Did you guys know that there are Donald and Goofy as kingdom hearts characters at DCA? It was a surprise announcement last night. I wished to go to Disneyland for that. I will go to Disney World nearly every year with family. I hope that this is the beginning of Disney testing the waters of KH x Disney Land/World. And I’m not the type with meet and greets, but when it comes to my weakness, you can bet that I will show up just to meet them. Just hope that Nomura and Disney didn’t decide to go to crazy with the storyline, being at the Disney Parks now. Because the story is already, convoluted enough.

Oh hey I see me at 2:05. Fun night! I got way more candy than anyone would ever need. Villains Grove was so shockingly cool, it reminded me of the lights thing that Descanso Gardens (and LA Zoo) do later in the holiday seasons.
