Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the father of today's Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, fought for democracy all his life, spoke about the rights of the people, so the huge masses of the country loved him dearly and won 298 out of 300 seats in the 1970 elections, responding to his call and risking their lives for freedom. Independence was achieved in 1971 at the cost of the lives of three lakh martyrs and the honor of mothers and sisters after jumping into the war and nine months of bloody struggle. If Bangabandhu was in Pakistan jail then. He and no member of his family had or did not fight. When he returned, the people of the country made their beloved leader the president and then the prime minister of the country, but it is very regrettable that he bypassed the people's love, democracy, freedom, or the spirit of the liberation war to make himself the absolute, sovereign and supreme power of the country only three and a half years of independence. Within a year, Bakshal established a one-party rule by axing the country's legal system and judicial system.
After Sheikh Mujib's daughter came to power in 1996, Sheikh Hasina divided the people of the country by talking about the pro-independence and anti-independence forces. Immediately after Sheikh Hasina came to power in 2009, she killed 57 patriotic army officers, crippled the country's army and destroyed the country's free and impartial election system by abolishing the neutral caretaker government system, while Sheikh Hasina herself staged strikes, blockades, vandalized cars and burned buses for the caretaker government. Killed many people with it.
Sheikh Hasina has controlled the country's law, governance and judiciary by appointing party terrorists in government jobs for sixteen years. Also, by introducing 56 percent quota system, terrorists of their own party were appointed to various high-level posts of the state, such as police chief, army chief, and various important posts of police and army, judges, election commission, anti-corruption commission, and party terrorists and gangsters in all cases. He has held power illegally for years by influencing the electoral system. Army chiefs and police chiefs at various levels have become the owners of thousands of crores of rupees by looting the wealth of the people of the country, disappearing, murdering etc. with the slogan of Jai Bangla in the name of liberation war and independence. Prime Minister's personal servant (Peon) owns Tk 400 crore, Sheikh Hasina has given a court ban on S Alam's money laundering, that is, no investigation can be done against the thief. Sheikh Hasina is trying to perpetuate her illegal power by legitimizing the misdeeds of her oligarchs which the people of the country are rejecting.

Please do not regurgitate past history of Bangladesh. Those days from 1972 to 1975 were not sweet memorable days, moments of despair, lawlessness, want of everything and finally devastating famine. The future of Bangladesh from now on is uncertain because of return of total failure of civil administration with rampant corruption era of Mr. Rahman. New generation is eagerly waiting for a new competent and baggage free leadership with unbiased clear slate of national history. Young generation is fed up with a HISTORICAL SPEECH and blow of a WHISTLE.

Salam from Indonesia. We also facing the same problems, corruption, nepotism, liar justice, dynasty power,.. Seems 98 riots going to happen again. Our reform fail .. because of spread of corruption and nepotism. Find clean leader are hard, cleaning environment even harder. Oligarchs control our democratic system and government. Especially in past 10 years.

    • @imtiazkaziDr

@@bpmberkahplusmanfaat5881 In a democratic country three prerequisite needed to function the process properly : 1) Rule of Law 2) Transparency 3) Election. Almost all developing countries have elections but other factors are missing. And another important criterion is the strong Local government. In most of those countries all administrative setup is centrally controlled, like the police, justice, taxation , roads education systems, healthcare system. Unless those offices are not locally administered corruption and nepotism will remain part of the society. These countries are always blamed for the colonial mindset but this is just an easy way out, they should blame themselves and take responsibilities. The people in power just want to make sure a rigged election facilitates winning. The late president of Indonesia, Abdur Rahman (who later became blind) in an interview said, Sukarno was mad with women, Suharto was mad with money and "I am just a madman". You know better what he meant. Maybe our countries are still waiting for the "madman". Like Jewish people waiting for the Messiah, I hope, not for eternity.

The current situation of Bangladesh is very Unpredictable. The death toll is over 300 but the number is still rising and so many students are still missing. Hospitals are filled up with wounded students and a lot of then are in critical condition in all the situation is absolutely not good. You have to understand the core problems of Bangladesh. This Awameleage Government has been in power illegally for last sixteen years. One after another rigged election and the support from India has help this Government stay in power. This Government has crushed all the other political parties as well as their members in Bangladesh with false cases, harassment by police and extra judicial killings with the help of RAB (Rapid Action Battalion). The corruption is at the heights level ever perhaps it's in the infrastructure of Bangladesh. So far this Awameleage Government has failed to keep most of their promises. The coast of staple food is rising uncontrolledly. Making it difficult to survive for middle class families. This Government has destroyed the Economy of Bangladesh. The Judicial department is also brined by corrupted Awameleage affiliated members. This Government has been punishing viciously anyone that talks against this Government. The students has every right to protest for the improvement of this quota system. And the students movement was peaceful but these students were attacked by Government Party Terrorist group called Shatro Leage and police. The students took heavy casualty because these Shatro Leage and police attacked them with knifes, stickes and firearms with live bullet. To crack down the student protest Government has shut down all the media the internet service and electricity for last four days that makes Bangladesh disconnected from the world. The people of Bangladesh do not want Awameleage government anymore. Bangladesh needs free and fair election ASAP. We are seeking for help to save our students from this Nazi Awameleage Government as well as their Terrorist Shatro Leage. Awameleage Government must resign.

In the context of the student quota movement in Bangladesh, the responsibility for violence can lie with a variety of actors, including government officials, law enforcement agencies, political parties, and individuals involved in the protests. It is important to note that violence is not condoned by the Constitution of Bangladesh, and those responsible for inciting or perpetrating violence can be held accountable under the law.
Specific sections of the Bangladesh Constitution that may be relevant in addressing violence and holding influencers accountable in the student quota movement include:
    1. Article 19 - Right to Freedom of Speech and Expression:
While this article guarantees the right to freedom of speech and expression, it also imposes reasonable restrictions on the exercise of this right to prevent incitement to violence or public disorder.
    2. Article 19A - Right to Peaceful Assembly:
This article guarantees the right to peaceful assembly, but it does not protect assemblies that turn violent or infringe upon the rights of others.
    3. **Article 21 - Safeguard of Interests of Minorities:
This article protects the rights of minorities and ensures that they are not subjected to violence or discrimination.
    4. Article 29 - Principles of Policy to be Followed by the State:
This article outlines the principles of policy to be followed by the state, including ensuring social justice, human rights, and equality of opportunity for all citizens.
    5. **Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC):
Section 144 of the CrPC empowers the government to prohibit public gatherings and impose curfews in certain situations to prevent violence or public disorder.
    Punishment for Influencers:
Individuals found responsible for inciting violence, causing harm to others, or violating the law during the student quota movement can be charged under relevant sections of the Penal Code of Bangladesh, such as Section 143 (unlawful assembly), Section 147 (rioting), Section 153A (promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion, race, etc.), and others.
The punishment for such offenses can include fines, imprisonment, or both, as prescribed by law.
It is essential for the authorities to conduct thorough investigations, gather evidence, and ensure due process of law in holding influencers accountable for their actions during the student quota movement. This will help maintain the rule of law, uphold justice, and prevent future instances of violence.

How dangerous are the people of Bangladesh today?
Because of the illegal government of Sheikh Hasina?
    Ordinary people of Bangladesh?
    Want to live in peace?
But not because of the illegal government?
The common people want their popular minister to be born
    ?
    What can I say sir?
Someone checks the hopes of ordinary people's mind and see what they want, this is how the whole world is going
