The Republic truck is not a natural gas truck. Its one's a diesel. One of the fuel tanks is just behind the right front wheel, not sure if there's a second fuel tank because of the angle, some trucks have one, some don't. Again, can't be sure on this truck specifically, but most trucks usually hold about 80 gal. of fuel, which is about enough for 2 days. That "thing" in the back that you zoomed in on is a tool box. Most drivers store their wheel chocks, and maybe triangles in there. Yes it does go up in the air with the tailgate when unloading, so you never put anything in it that doesn't mind being tossed around a bit. Also, can't store a cleanout tool there, as the box is inaccessible when you got the tailgate up.
SCSITerminator close the box on the back of the truck holds the oil spill clean up kit. The other tank (driver's side is the hydraulic oil tank. All trucks are fueled every day before being parked for the night.
bberry eventually some grounds keeping people come by to clean up this mess but it's not the driver's job to do that. there is also lots of trash in the recycling dumpster. like u said people don't care. but I love full dumpsters
