Name any country where 56000 cases have been pending over the decades and are piling up to the height of courtrooms' ceiling with every passing day, but judges alongwith with enjoying hefty monthly salaries & other several privileges are celebrating/availing months of holidays every year. Does this happen in any part of the globe? Anchor person is requested not to invite such youthia lawyer for interview on her channel who has only to worry for protecting his corrupt, playboy , hypocrite and incapable leader. These people have nothing to do with problems of subjects of this country. His stance against establishment of a Federal Court for disposing of constitutional matters cases is strongly condemned. This type of lawyer having affiliations with a fascist party like PTI, which very agenda is to destroy this country and pushing it to the stone age is detestable.
ECP doesn't possess the authority to operate as an independent entity in relation to the Supreme Court of Pakistan and its rulings. This assertion is supported by legal precedents established by all courts in Pakistan and the historical context provided by the Pakistan Law Digest (PLD). There is no legal provision that grants the Speaker of the National Assembly the power to communicate directly with the Election Commission. Furthermore, the Speaker lacks the legal authority to send any messages to the Election Commission of Pakistan in a personal capacity. Additionally, the Election Commission is not permitted to disregard directives issued by the Supreme Court. Chief Justice Faiz Isa, who has faced criticism due to alleged corruption, also does not have the authority to alter or replace the decisions of the full bench of which he was a member.
