Looks Like you are going underwater too! Let´s see: Generally, beaches which have rocky grounds have better underwater vision, because there is no sand floating around. Altough most Cinque terre beaches have good water to explore. Portovenere has a rocky ground and the small bay is not deep so you have a good underwater view. Manarola, on the other hand, is very deep but interesting to explore. Monterosso has a sandy ground, but very fun to explore. you should try all cinque terre towns.
Was here in September. Much less people. Some sort of Renaissance festival was going on with birds of prey-owls and so forth. Nice vid!
