The staff are overly bloated already goveremnt cannot afford it... ehat should be happening is layoffs ... especially when they hold the customers to ransom fire them alll
This is so sad, this happens to a lot of young people on these learnership programs. They get roped into joining these programs hoping to earn an income while trying to figure out a future for themselves. But, government just extends their contracts whilst promising the opportunity of a permanent job. It's cheap labour for government as they don't have to hire permanent workers with a permanent salary.
