Pawin is doing everything what's her face ain't. She's not supportive of Korn at all and frankly is a drag on the mans mental health and overall emotional well being while Pawin sits and listens and is even encouraging. If Korn don't like the acting roles he's always being offered then he does need to branch out. Frankly I don't see how he's been able to put up with that for this long. She's overly BIGTIME obsessive and even without Pawin in the mix of it all he can't do anything without her breathing down his back.
