#GoRR2023 opened with a spectacular parade on the river Venta and Ceremony in the Ventspils Yacht Marina and in close cooperation with Port of Ventspils (Baltic Sea). Totally 48 teams participating from Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania and Finland.
