I like to imagine that this album im universe is played by the Protomen on a rebel frequency trying to incite revolution around the time of act III. Doesn't really fit to well with Act II but the narrator and the static and the music vid for this song is what made me think of it. After the end of Sons of Fate and you hear the lone guitar, I imagine it to be Megaman playing, alone and tired.

I have concluded this song is sent back from the future where this is our future, where it was found from the past and it brought the world together to be free again.
