I would have liked to know the process of the marinade you used or the sauce you mentioned that had Red wine in it. I felt like the video could have been more in depth. I've got a grass fed beef heart in the freezer. I was hoping for a idea to cook it.
Thanks for watching and great question on recipe. This recipe was inspired by my chef friend Eric at Kamado Joe. Recipe: Slice in 1/4 inch strips, Marinade for 30 minutes with red wine, bay leaves, and peppercorn. Sear on high heat until you reach internal temp of your preference.
