In this video, we honor the late Bob Ross in true Kaizo fashion. This video includes clears of beginner and moderate modes. If a future incentive is met, I will also clear the advanced mode. NaroGugul has consistently stood out to me as a brilliant creator.

I played this as my first kaizo hack and absolutely loved it, i can't recommend it enough to anybody wanting to get into the genre

will probably try it :) do you use snes9x? I kinda feel like my smw stutters a little and never found a proper guide for the correct settings :/ (could also just be a smw issue but it always seemed smooth when i played the original game on the snes)

@@PinePizza i played on real hardware, but i'd recommend bsnes for accurate play on emulator - can't vouch for performance on anybody's machine or anything, of course.

@@SleepingCocoon my machine isn't the issue (gaming pc, rtx 2060 and a ryzen cpu) but the game still feels like it stutters, when playing smw on the switch for example I don't get that feeling

@@PinePizza Might be a syncing issue, maybe try setting display refreshrate to emulators refresh rate & see if that helps?

I just finished this the other day, such a good hack. So amazing to see Dode destroy levels in a few tries that took me ages. That's why he's the GOAT.

Pleease clear the advanced mode! This is one of the best Kaizo hacks, for me the best currently because it has 3 different dificult levels which makes it more pleasant for people like me who take the Beginner as a challenge. It'd be amazing to see the best SMW player perform this RTA and edited. Please!

Could anyone tell me why Dode toots a flute sometimes?

It's a channel points reward called "One toot on this whistle". He has a newer one too called "Deep toot" where he adds the ORB voice to it.
Sometimes people will save up and spam the toots and he spends ages doing them all too which is great.

I saw the first level in Narogugul’s channel, it was different. Even its name was s1ep1 not like the one dode was playing. Why is that?

the first level dode entered was also s1e1 same as Naro, I went and checked, the reason it looks didderent too is maybe you watched the advanced play through
