Technically, there is a dodge (Dash button + Jump button + direction to evade) but I guess even if you tell Phil, he'd just whine about it & say "It's stoopid!".
DarkNyteDante I successfully hacked the security camera on that side mission in Sleeping Dogs with 4 attempts left whereas Phil doesn’t have the intelligence to hack at all.
DSP really sucked the fun out this really enjoyable and entertaining sandbox game. Not understanding and making use out of what is available and not leveling his guns up at all. Deaths: 19 Mission Fails: 23 Restarts: 4
Coincidentally enough, I'm playing through this game right now as I'm doing a marathon run of all four Saints Row games. Also, Phil probably would've gotten an easier time if he kept using that .45 pistol and collected shotgun ammo in the armoury mission like I did. Yeah, the way I tend to take sandbox games is that I collect all the available ammo at the beginning of the game like a vacuum.

I doubt Phil would be able to last as long as me in a police chase in Sleeping Dogs Definitive Edition.
But in sleepin dogs not da definitive edition he will outlast ya!
