- This video is showing how to image the inter-atrial septum using real-time three-dimensional trans-esophageal echocardiography in order to get the anatomically oriented view of the septum from the right atrial perspective. And how to use that view during structural cardiac intervention i.e. septal puncture (for any indication), coronary sinus cannulation, ASD closure ,,,,

This is called TUPLE (Turn UP and LEft) , published in JASE 2010 , that's the reference for it:

The TUPLE is cited in my paper, however, it is different as it was not using the live 3D zoom, it was done offline and hence not used for guidance of septal puncture. And it is easier

Thank you, but the machine I have "IE 33" doesn't have the capability of live 3D zoom, it is either live 3D or 3D zoom which doesn't help you to guide the interventionist in real time
Samy Nasr 3D Zoom is live by definition
