The song is the original sound track ("OST"(!)) of the film "The Spirit of Baikal." In the film, Diana is cast as the voice of the spirit of Baikal (as whom she appears in this video) and as the voice of the dead mother of the grief-stricken boy who she is trying to save (as depicted in this video), his heart - like the sacred lake Baikal itself - having frozen.
