The Wharfedales keep a nice balance in being somewhat laidback and energetic. The Missions sound too dark at certain tracks. Wharfedale for me.
Love this format of video! The Mission were blown straight out of the water. Couldn’t hold a candle to the Wharfedale.

I understand why people will choose the Wharfedale but they would not be my choice. The highs are pronounce, but artificially so. Sound signature of the Missions and QA are more similar. Wharfedales could be fatiguing over time and sound a bit thin to me.
Thanks for this review 👏🏼👏🏼 no competition basically it’s sealed the deal for me to buy the W12.3s 👏🏼👏🏼 clear accurate incredible range beautiful high frequencies with measured and punchy base 👌🏼 and that’s with my 57year old ears 👏🏼👏🏼 sorry Mission 🤷🏻♂️
Mission for my taste.
The source track as well as the ads on this video sounded better than both speakers.
Its so easy to tell that the Missions would sound better in person. This is NOT the Wharfedale sound signature of yore which did at least have some appeal.
Mission goes a little further on warm side, sounds more like traditional Brithsh speakers
The Wharfedale Diamond 12.3 are the better speakers.
No competion at all. The Wharfedales are already laidback enough, the Missions just sink too far back. Wharfedales anyday anytime.
