Wow, I wish I heard this advice while in my doctoral program. I basically had NO social/work life while pursuing a PhD. Currently, in a rigorous post-doctoral certification program and trying to secure part-time employment that would allow me to gain relevant experience in field of Organizational Research Assessment and Evaluation as well as some extra dividend to supplement income. The struggle is REAL but I'm continuing to push through. Continued success with all of your endeavors! Tfs
