Do you have any advice for a 400 Elo player?
yes! If I had to only give on tip, it would be to think before making any move - "what can my opponent do next?" this will help a TON.

How old are you since you can play chess? Im new here and I believe you can do it.
I played chess when I was younger with my father but stopped until last year!
