சீரகம் / Cumin Seeds
இடிச்ச முழு தனியா / Crushed Coriander Seeds - 1 Spoon
பூண்டு / Garlic - 2 Pieces
இஞ்சி / Ginger
தக்காளி / Tomato - 3
கொத்தமல்லி தண்டு / Coriander Stem
கொத்தமல்லி / Coriander Leaves
மஞ்சள் தூள் / Turmeric Powder
தனியா தூள் / Coriander Powder - 1/4 Spoon
மிளகாய் தூள் / Chilli Powder - 1/4 Spoon
உப்பு / Salt
