HELP… I have external roller wheels but they’re set into place with two black set screws on each end not allowing the external wheels to turn. They’re locked into place. I have to undo the screws to make any adjustments, and then they want stay adjusted more than one pull down. Am I missing something here?
Both of mine are black ... it's coning.. seem like the left one does nothing right one fixes it just for a few days.. then it stops rolling all the ways up again. So ever 3 days I'm back to taking it down to rolling the wheel again. Because of the valance I can do it when it up.. the blinds are doing the MOST!
@@flagg9 yup I hate these blinds! And I HATE to buy new ones ... I think this is how they operate so if yours do not, then they might be broke. It's a cam-lock. I've heard people having lock with calling the campers manufacturer and not the lot where is was bought or maybe the blind manufacturer

I gotta say that Clockwise and CCW isn't helping much, It depends on where you're looking. This video helped.

How do you get it to "pause" mine go up but won't hold where I want them to stay
@@flagg9 I have to give mine a slight pause. So if I'm pulling I have to stop and it will find its pause point.
Thanks Gina YOUR method may be my resolution for this but... you hate to have to devise a method for something thats just over a year old. UGGGGGH!
