Beautiful! I discovered how to make my stripes the way you do by trial and error. I never would have thought to epoxy between the stripes to lay my glitter. I used modge Podge. Your way makes much cleaner lines! Thank you!

I have a random question regarding a thought I had...I have a set of knives that originally had awesome candy apple red handles which over time has begun to peel off...can I use my cup turner to put a new finish under epoxy on the handles if I shove the blades into pool noodles?

oh yes and the video is a little messed up in the middle. It slows down a lot.
So after you spray paint it, could you modge podge it instead of the epoxy before glitter? And then do a clear coat of spray paint? Or does it have to be epoxy?

Why don’t you spray paint the whole tumbler white, then do the painters tape and do the black part? Not sure if there’s a specific reason you do it like this instead. I’m new so I’m trying to learn as much as possible. Thanks

I have tumblers that are wider at top and transition to more narrow at base. How can your techniques (stripes, applying fabric, etc.) Be modified to work with these tumblers?

What can you do after your final coat of epoxy if you find tiny rough areas - excluding another coat of epoxy?
Can you use this same technique for 3 or 4 different colors or does it start to be too much?

Question.... Could you spray paint the entire cup white, seal it and then tape off for the black? I’m new but seems like it might work easier than taping over the black glitter?? Will this idea work?
Keri Brown the problem would be that when you pull the tape off it will lift the base coat up
LittleLee and Rose that makes sense, was just hoping the sealer would help.. Always looking for easier ways to do things. :-)

why do you put the vinyl on the back of the sticker paper ? I followed you link to get sticker paper and use it a lot but didn't know you put vinyl on back? what color and why please and do you take the backing off and the vinyl instead of the backing of the paper ?
You may have seen this question or answered already so I apologize if it is a repeat - could you just paint the cup one of the colors if you weren’t going to glitter them that is? Then stripe and paint the other color/s

I am watching this at 2:30am. Half asleep. With my ear buds in. When this freaking video went to slo-mo randomly and was obviously making slo-mo noises. I almost called my freaking priest. I came to the comments first to make sure it wasn't just me.

Chris Kulat hi I’m Cassie one of Summers moderators from her Facebook group. If you did the cup one color then taped off and spray painted it that way there’s a possibility that when you remove the tape it could take of the paint under it.
Can you use a modge podge sealer spray or acrylic clear spray in lieu of the clear paint and primer spray u used?

Jubilee Sisters sticker paper is more affordable than waterslide paper.
shes really good at trying to find the least expensive way of doing things.
could you not use a saw and cut 1 inch into 2 of the half inch rolls?

Ok so this may be a crazy question.. did you say you put the vinyl under the sticker paper and cut them both at the same time? Or you did exactly what you do in the sticker tutorial? Sorry I have watched this a couple times and it just isn't clear to me thank you
Krystal white well, I filmed my sticker paper tutorial and launched it..... Then someone asked,”can u just put the vinyl under the sticker and cut it all together?” So I tried it and it works great! So you need to peel up the sticker from the backing and put the vinyl behind it. Then lay the sticker paper back down on top of it. Then cut it

Why do you back the sticker paper with vinyl? Could you just use the sticker paper?
Lori Hoyle yes you can but it will go slightly transparent and looks “wet” so if you want a more vintage look you would just use sticker paper. If you want the image to stay opaque and pure then back it with vinyl. I have an entire tutorial just on sticker paper and when to use vinyl or just paper

If you don't like the slow speed..... Hit the three vertical dots and select YOUR DESIRED SPEED.

@@lynlalalala unfortunately, I like to broadcast to my TV, there's no speed up option there. I did just skip through it and found where it got normal again. No big, but I thought my phone broke for a second.
