Thanks for this. I recently changed to block 3rd Party Cookies on google Chrome, which started generating 400 requests when using TH-cam. I changed to blocking in igcognito mode and fixed it. Sneaky.
** I just fixed mine after going through all of these great steps. Finally I had a mini version of my desktop PC, so I switched computers and the Test program I needed to run worked. So if all else fails switch PC or update, switch, or delete and redownload your entire browser!
Privacy and Security are two different tabs on my screen and from thereon nothing looks the same..... So far my desktop will not connect to the google mail. I uninstalled it and tried to re install it and all I get is "400 error because it is malformed". I have MAC Ventura so who knows what changed between December '23 and when this clip was posted.

Nothing worked. I got this error on one website when was opening too many tabs. On other device(which is connected to the same network but has different ip this problem also exists. I tried to connect website from my mobile with vpn and i did it. However next time i was trying to visit this website again and i got same error.
