The BEST Potting Mix For Your Philodendron, Monstera and Pothos 🪴

What sort of potting medium do I use for most of my #plants? A chunky aroid potting mix! 🌱😃🪴 Aroids (#Araceae) are a family of #plants that include #genus such as #philodendron, #monstera, #epipremnum, #anthurium, #alocasia, and a whole lot more.
Most of their #species love a well draining #potting #medium. So I mix together #soil, #orchid #bark, #cococoir, #perlite, and some #horticultural #charcoal. 🪴

I'm 45 this year, all my life I've done nothing but some crazy sh*t, last year however I bought myself a tiny, cute philodendron and it's now time to use a bigger pot as the little thing is not that little anymore...
Just wanted to say thank you for the video, it helps a lot someone who knows how to strip motorcycles to the bare frame, but have no idea how to take care of a plant 🤦🏻‍♂️

So the orchid bark is just typically douglas fir bark. And reptile bark from petco or persmart is much cheaper its also douglas fir bark. Its bug free and washed 3 times. I just found this out.

Here you are:
40% chunky orchid bark.
25% large particle Pearlite.
15% part Activated Charcoal.
10% parts Coconut Coir.
10% part Worm Castings.
