OMG, every time I see that part at the end when Gohan sees Future Trunks off, and he’s reminded of his mentor Gohan, I can’t help but tear up. 🥹 I love any arc that has Future Trunks, it’s usually got one of the better storylines filled with sentimental moments. ❤ The next tournament of power arc is definitely worth the hype though! By the way, I actually love the Zeno character, I think he’s so cute and funny. Definitely meme worthy! 😂
Fun fact, Vegito has canonically (manga) never even been touched by an enemy, he got a few hits in the anime version but that didnt even hurt him, goat (Gogeta: goat²)

6:09 it’s one part vegeta being the more dominant personality in the fusion but also a translation thing. “Vegito” is actually a translation of “Vegetto” in Japanese, which is the combination of “Kakarotto” and “Vejita/Bejita”. When Z was brought over to the states, translating Vegito’s name was kind of a hassle because the accurate version would have been “Vegerot” which ummmm 💀
That was what made it great, Zamasu was the first villain to completely win. Shows they can't always win. Zamasu merged with the universe itself, killed everyone else and was about to kill the main cast too. It took the creator of existence itself to delete him and by doing so almost deleted the main cast. If anything it adds more seriousness and tension to the whole ordeal since its something that goes way above them and out of their control. It shows the viewers that their heroes at times can be tiny and powerless if going against the cosmos. Its humbling.

@@seancarroll5803 Nope no idea. I loved this arcs ending. Every single Dragonball arc has ended the same way: they just keep powering up till they win. They decided to do something different and show that not all problems can be solved with pure strength, plus showed why the Beerus is terrified of Zeno.
What a lot of people don't realise is this is actually the episode when Gohan starts training again. A lot of people think its later on for the tournament but he's with Piccolo and panting because he's been training. It implied more heavily in the Manga that he's been training since Resurrection of F because he was useless against Frieza. But that hint is really all we get in the anime until the Tournament of Power arc.
I'd say maybe the baseball episodes, and then all the episodes starting from gohan being trained by piccolo (88 ish). If thats not possible, I'd hope to see 94 and 95, they're only a few before the actual T.o.P begins and yet theyre great visually and very interesting...you'll see :)
Love the vid guys, I think the episodes u guys should to react to the episode of before the tournament of power are goku vs hit rematch, goku vs bergamo and top, and goku vs gohan. The reason I think u guys should react to the goku vs bergamo is cuz that’s the first time the gods see goku transform into super saiyan blue which is essentially almost the same level as gods power and the gods reaction to his transformation was amazing, would love to watch u guys react to that!!
I still don't understand how a final Kamehameha from vegito blue didn't do damage to zamasu, but a regular Kamehameha from Goku destroyed half his body🤨.
Vegetto is based on Vegeta dominant side. When they both fuse through the earings, Vegeta has the upper hand. The other side is Gogeta, this is when they fuse through the dance. In that form Goku dominates. You can tell it by their names.
Which doesn't really make sense. Their Names are different, but they're still balanced. If Gogeta was more Goku, he would fool around way more in Fights, yet he was dead serious in every fight so far. Except the one in GT, and even then he had a reason as to why he fooled around.

I like the future arc, the only messed up once again is the power scaling,like Trunk just pull out a Spirit Bomb from nowhere and absorb by his sword and cut down Zamasu that even 2 mortals with godly power can't beat(Goku and Vegeta need to fuse to beat Zamasu)and still get cut down By Trunk with no Godly power. And Zeno just erased all people and the whole multiverse(Yes,Multiverese and even angels), so everything they been through goes for nothing.bitter sweet ending. And I only hope is Trunks go back and live where Android is just about to be created by Gero. so that he can prevent those. and also he can save the future Gohan plus if they live there,they can easily recognize both trunks because in Android saga in future,Trunk and Mai is still a kid. Well I still like Future arc especially Black Goku Rosé Drip.
don't forget father son galick gun doing nothing and a single kamehameha destroying half of merged zamasu or goku kk blue kicking the halo out of him while vegeto blue fought relatively even with merged zamasu...
The characters learned nothing and the conflict was solved by a divinity that only showed up at the end of the fight: a Deux ex Machina as literal as they get. A waste of time plot-wise.

But yes they should've given a little screen time with super Saiyan blue Vegeta and future trunks so Vegeta could teach him god ki in time chamber (and gave trunks old long hair style again)just like whis thought Goku and Vegeta. What I found interesting was that Vegito Blue drained the time of the potara so fast they split because of the amount of divine power and energy they burned through and possessed in that short fight with Zamasu. Compared to the Fusion Kefla where they remained a fusion the entire time (during the duration) in the tournament of power until they were split due to Ultra Instinct Goku's Kamehameha, destroying their potaras. Understanding these two battles we can immediately infer that Super Saiyan 2 Kefla is NO WHERE NEAR the level of power that Super Saiyan Blue Vegito possesses.
I don't know if you guys understood what zeno did but he didn't save trunks timeline he completely erased it all 12 universes. Which is why whis said that he could reverse time to right before it happened but there would already be a version of Mai and trunks there

Like a death curling scream of sort. The more I listened to that sound, the more they had an excellent theoretical point especially when Gowasu told Goku and Vegeta that half side of Zamasu is still Goku Black, the mortal side. When the half side was destroyed, Goku Black was also destroyed. Basically, it’s like fighting half living and half zombie of sort. In a way, the Full Power Goku had inflicted really destroyed the mortal part of Zamasu, and that mortal was Goku Black. I think it an eerie yet interesting way to believe that. It’s not really official, so take it with a grain of salt. I just thought it was an interesting take of it.
This arc was dark as fk. I mean Trumks literally lost they failed to save everyone. Now they have to Co exist with themselves.. Meaning trunks might not be Abel to visit his mom anymore as he already is there... Such a tragic ending for him in a way. I

I just want to correct a little mistake and is that vegeta is not the one dominating the speech or vegetto, vegetto is a new born being created from the fusion of Goku and Vegeta, he's not Goku nor vegeta but a new being. So the one talking is not vegeta but vegetto, but he talks like vegeta because he has his mind, and he can still talk and think like Goku too.

I didn’t mind Zeno taking out the timeline. It just shows how scary he is. Plus it’s something different. For the first time it showed that sometimes you don’t win or can overcome things just with power.
I've said this a lot of times but you guys should definitely read DB Super manga. In the manga Vegeto was kicking Zamasu's ass and was even stated to be stronger than Beerus.
Okay so there’s something about the gods that yeah sure they might be OP and meme-ish but they are still all very much kept in line by the angels which is why the angels don’t usually bow to Zeno while the destroyers and Kai’s do. Another thing is you shouldn’t ever sit in the presence of deities, if your sitting you will stand for them it’s a show of great respect. Keep that in mind going into the tournament of power.

Yo Dragonball GT, whilst being crappy overall has a few good things in it. They fuse with the fusion dance and form a different dude called Gogeta. they also dont go down the super saiyan god route, instead you get a super saiyan 4. And super saiyan 4 Gogetas combined attack is the Big Bang Kamehameha x 10

I always looked at it as if the zenos are still small childs in god form. While the angels are the adults looking over them. Just that the zenos are maybe stronger or just have that special ability to erase everything.
Personally I think that the Grand Priest is the highest power in the universe as he is the sort of caretaker for Zeno, and then beneath him is Zeno, and beneath Zeno is all the angels, then the gods of destruction and so-on. Since Whis is stronger than Beerus it would make sense for the Grand Priest to be stronger than Zeno. Perhaps the Grand Priest came from some more powerful, higher being in a hierarchy of gods beyond the Dragon Ball Multiverse, but we don't know just yet.

Power to me also means the versatility and strength of abilities, like how the Supreme Kai could probably kill Perfect Cell due to his magics and skills but could get injured from a punch thrown by post-Yardrat Goku. Since Zeno can basically delete an entire universe in a second, that means he's likely more powerful than everything in the multiverse. And if he learned everything from the Grand Priest, the Grand Priest probably has even more powerful or potent abilities and strength.
How did zeno mess up the arc?? it wouldn't make sense for nun of them to get rid of an immortal when they don't have that powerand for us dragon ball fans we do not agree with that we needed to see what his power was and why beerus was so scared it would've been a waste if then shoewd us him and he didn't do anything 💯
As a person who's watched the whole of the original Dragon Ball series, it's funny to hear people calling themselves "real" Dragon Ball fans hating on the comedy in Super. I don't have a problem with Zeno. Then again, I've seen more silly scenarios in Dragon Ball.
The only real issue we had with it, was that it was tonally, a more serious arc! So to end it like that didn’t seem as fitting. But at least all the characters pretty much got a moment to shine. Still very enjoyable overall.

First season is not great as the guys find their footing with comedy writing and acting but the 2nd season (roughly 13 eps in, and they're short episodes, like under 10 min at that stage) and by season 3 their writing is fantastic - not just great jokes but they clearly love Dragon Ball and all its characters

The best theory on it is that goku black was killed by the blast so only zamasu with his immortality remained.
After the Kamehameha blast, Merged Zamasu powered up so he was probably more resilient and probably increased his guard

Okay so there’s something about the gods that yeah sure they might be OP and meme-ish but they are still all very much kept in line by the angels which is why the angels don’t usually bow to Zeno while the destroyers and Kai’s do. Another thing is you shouldn’t ever sit in the presence of deities, if your sitting you will stand for them it’s a show of great respect. Keep that in mind going into the tournament of power.

Yo Dragonball GT, whilst being crappy overall has a few good things in it. They fuse with the fusion dance and form a different dude called Gogeta. they also dont go down the super saiyan god route, instead you get a super saiyan 4. And super saiyan 4 Gogetas combined attack is the Big Bang Kamehameha x 10

I always looked at it as if the zenos are still small childs in god form. While the angels are the adults looking over them. Just that the zenos are maybe stronger or just have that special ability to erase everything.
Personally I think that the Grand Priest is the highest power in the universe as he is the sort of caretaker for Zeno, and then beneath him is Zeno, and beneath Zeno is all the angels, then the gods of destruction and so-on. Since Whis is stronger than Beerus it would make sense for the Grand Priest to be stronger than Zeno.
Perhaps the Grand Priest came from some more powerful, higher being in a hierarchy of gods beyond the Dragon Ball Multiverse, but we don't know just yet.
Who knows if zenos ability has anything to do with power at all. Some skills they posess are more of magic sort i think ;D.@@Lambent_Omega

Power to me also means the versatility and strength of abilities, like how the Supreme Kai could probably kill Perfect Cell due to his magics and skills but could get injured from a punch thrown by post-Yardrat Goku.
Since Zeno can basically delete an entire universe in a second, that means he's likely more powerful than everything in the multiverse. And if he learned everything from the Grand Priest, the Grand Priest probably has even more powerful or potent abilities and strength.
How did zeno mess up the arc?? it wouldn't make sense for nun of them to get rid of an immortal when they don't have that powerand for us dragon ball fans we do not agree with that we needed to see what his power was and why beerus was so scared it would've been a waste if then shoewd us him and he didn't do anything 💯

As a person who's watched the whole of the original Dragon Ball series, it's funny to hear people calling themselves "real" Dragon Ball fans hating on the comedy in Super. I don't have a problem with Zeno. Then again, I've seen more silly scenarios in Dragon Ball.
The only real issue we had with it, was that it was tonally, a more serious arc! So to end it like that didn’t seem as fitting. But at least all the characters pretty much got a moment to shine. Still very enjoyable overall.
@@CarlieAndAnge I get where you guys were coming from. My comment was in response to the general feelings people had when Super first aired. While I don't have a problem with Zeno, I get how his inclusion in this arc could be jarring.
Remember the time that Goku Mastered SSB in Zamasu Arc... Or that time Goku copying Beerus Move against Fused Zamasu... Or perhaps he switched between SSR and SSB just to amplify his speed for long time and Multiply the damage only when he is punishing the opponent... oh i forgot, it's only in the Manga... maybe they will skipped the Moro Arc and Granolah Arc ,after Super Hero Arc... hmmm

Would love to see you guys eventually react to Dragon Ball Z: Abridged on TH-cam. First season is not great as the guys find their footing with comedy writing and acting but the 2nd season (roughly 13 eps in, and they're short episodes, like under 10 min at that stage) and by season 3 their writing is fantastic - not just great jokes but they clearly love Dragon Ball and all its characters
