Our all time favourite rasmalai, can be had this ekadashi as well. Try out this wonderful recipe, made up of fresh soft paneer dipped in chilled sweet saffron milk with added nuts to give an amazing crunch.

Ingredients:
Making paneer:
1 litre milk
2 to 3 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp water
Making milk for rasmalai:
1 litre milk
1/2 cup sugar
Few saffron strands
3 tbsp milk to soak saffron strands
1/2 tsp cardomom powder
2 tbsp chopped almonds and pistachio flakes
Making sugar syrup:
2 cups sugar
6 cups water
2 cardomom pods

Hare Krishna mataji 🙏...can I use market soya paneer ?
Hare Krishna. Soya products are actually prohibited as said by Srila Prabhupada, due to high protein contents. Since we cannot offer soya and soya products to Krishna, we are not supposed to consume it. And for the best results homemade paneer must be used. In case if you still prefer marketted paneer, you can use it but make sure that must not be fresh one and not very old. It must be washed thoroughly to remove all the sourness too, or else the milk will curdle. Thank you. 🙏🌸

Hare Krishna 🙏 Mata ji , jesa ki isme aapne btaya ki ise bnane ke liye Kam se Kam ak din pura lagta h or fir ise frize bhi Karna padta h . Lekin hmane isckon vale Prabhu ji se hmesa ye suna h ki koi bhi bhojan taja khana chahiye or vo bhi 3 ghante ke Ander hi Ander lekin esa bhojan jise bnane me hi ak din pura lag Jaye or use bnane ke liye bhi kuch alag se hourse dene padte h to Kya hum esa bhojan bhagvaan ko chada sakte h?
Hare Krishna. Kuchh Kuchh bhog aise hote hai jisme time lagta hai banane me, unn sabh bhog ko to aapko thoda time thanda karna ya to set karne rakhna hi padta hai. Vaise bhog bhagwan ko laga sakte hai. Parr agar aap kuchh aisa banate hai jo garam hi bhog laga sakte hai, use turant lagana chahiye. Thank you. 🙏🏻🌸

@@krishnascuisine2349 not for curdling..... Its a kind on fruit which is used in sugar syrup to make rasgulla spongy
