ashana i also have every bad anxiety problems especially looking at people in my bulding and social media and end up in a loop of not being good enough, but i have been working on it since last year and i think i have grown out of it and yes reducing my coffee intake and properly sleep schedule and diet and keeping myself busy with learning new things made me appreciate and enjoy mylife . Hope you grow from it too

Sunlight is a great mood stabilizer , get ur body some sunshine during early morning and evening and watch sunsets or sunrise , it helped me when I was going through depression.
Ashana I have a suggestion for a mood swing problem Just try to sleep at a regular time in night not whenever you want & make sure you sleep for atleast 7 - 9 hours. When you wake up in morning do something that makes you happy but don't use the phone & meditate daily atleast for 10- 20 min it's gonna be good And you are amazing ❤️
