I have 2 of the adjustable ready rails. I got them from a business that closed. They were being thrown out. It was made into a sliding table, like an X or Y axis. There si zero play or side to side movement in them. Very good quality. It could easily handle at least 200 pounds. I am using it as the Y axis for a CNC machine I am building at home.

I looked around the used market and found 6.4 meters of 45 x 180mm 80/20 extruded aluminum T-Slot system (plus all kinds of 45 x 45mm) for 140 USD Best deal in recent memory :-) So much forward motion in the acquisition of this essential material for this 1200 by 1200 mm CNC build, I am now on to the search 25mm Hiwin rail with 20mm dual bearing (DFU) ball nuts and 20 mm x 5mm pitch ball screws. No YT vid has even alluded to or recommended this option and it is much better resolution. Single bearing block is termed SFU and it was actually a vendor on ebay that first asked the question on my preference :-) Gotta love it. These full kits of the Hiwin gear are well over twice the round rail asking price. Do it right the first time I say :-)
