Didi is the best Daoming Si, who is spoilt, rich, clueless, childish but can love so fiercely. MG2018 was very well accepted in the international world, while in Mainland they are quite hung up with the ‘lose adaptation’ one, Meteor Shower which is basically unknown in International. The OG MG was a Taiwan production and the same production made MG2018. Angie Chai has a golden touch when selecting her Daoming Si. So even before LBFAD, Didi has a huge following. Granted LBFAD made him more popular, but MG2018 made him known. And he portrayed Daoming Si perfectly. I also love his Xiao Duo. Yuchi Longyan was a blip, but he came out stronger. Jiayou Didi!

MTD needed a better script and storyline. I thought the actors carried a badly written series. I think they should use his own voice as he has really worked hard on his accent so his effort should be rewarded. 😊

If you put Dylan and Esther together, you have such explosive chemistry, you get hooked forever. LBFD is amazing due to this chemistry. I have watched Unchained Love many times, and he broke my heart several times in Love between Fairy and Devil, his acting was absolutely wonderful. I'm watching all of his stuff that I can in the UK, and can't wait to see Guardians of the Dafeng.

It's obvious Miss the Dragon was targeted by a group paid to damage opponents. I don't understand why Min Go-Hui didn't support his actors in the forums. How hard would it have been to tell the social critics that the actors were told to produce those behaviors? Many regular people don't seem to know that directors control every motion and expression, and several reshoots of each scene are made so the director and editor can piece together their best work. Miss the Dragon was a wonderful Chinese fantasy and very worth watching for Dylan's and Yong's charismatic performances of emotionally barren men learning to care. As long as people stay ignorant as to how dramas are made, gangbanging shows will happen.

just chimed in because my teenage daughters absolutely love this actor. We all love Fairy and Devil, and he was h i l a r i o u s and excellent in the body switch segments! From my work I can say he is one of the faces you instantly remember in a sea of usually similar (good) looking actors. I get that China prefers ‘little-boy-future-son-in-law’ faces :Xu Kai, Wu Lei, Ren Jialun, Cheng Yi, small cute noses, etc, but the stunning bone structures are on other actors, Dylan, Luo Yunxi (wow!) Dylan Wang is my favourite Chinese actor and it was him who got me so involved in Chinese drama that I never watch Western drama's anymore. Thanks to him I got to enjoy drama's his co-stars were in, and I came to love many more wonderful chinese Actors and dramas.
His looks and his acting in Miss the Dragon suited the character of an isolated Dragon perfectly, at least in my imagination. I don't understand why he was so harrassed for it. I have watched Unchained Love many times, and he broke my heart several times in Love between Fairy and Devil, his acting was absolutely wonderful.
I'm watching all of his stuff that I can in the UK, and can't wait to see Guardians of the Dafeng.

It's obvious Miss the Dragon was targeted by a group paid to damage opponents. I don't understand why Min Go-Hui didn't support his actors in the forums. How hard would it have been to tell the social critics that the actors were told to produce those behaviors? Many regular people don't seem to know that directors control every motion and expression, and several reshoots of each scene are made so the director and editor can piece together their best work. Miss the Dragon was a wonderful Chinese fantasy and very worth watching for Dylan's and Yong's charismatic performances of emotionally barren men learning to care. As long as people stay ignorant as to how dramas are made, gangbanging shows will happen.

I don't understand who criticizes his Dragon in "Miss the Dragon" Where HeDi played superbly! If you know how, you can play feelings without external manifestations. Dylan played his Dragon very deeply! This is the first drama for me, where I first saw HeDi and realized that this guy has great acting potential. I can write like this, because I am also an actress and I understand how hard it is for a person without acting education to work in front of the camera and make full close-ups! just chimed in because my teenage daughters absolutely love this actor. We all love Fairy and Devil, and he was h i l a r i o u s and excellent in the body switch segments! From my work I can say he is one of the faces you instantly remember in a sea of usually similar (good) looking actors. I get that China prefers ‘little-boy-future-son-in-law’ faces :Xu Kai, Wu Lei, Ren Jialun, Cheng Yi, small cute noses, etc, but the stunning bone structures are on other actors, Dylan, Luo Yunxi (wow!) Song Weilong, Neo Hou, the guy from Kill Me…., the tall guy from Snowfall. Hey, China has it all!

Dylan does not have acting degree but is naturally talented. Most of the comments he got in Meteor Garden praised his raw talent. More important, he is diligent and serious about improving his craft. I also like Wu Lei and I agree he has awesome acting skills. The cdrama world has enough room for both of them.
