The Descent Sculpture

Experimented with some different ideas with this sculpture. I used some copper wire to hold old knickknacks in place in the top bird. I also used the wire to hold up the broken glass, which is supposed to give a fiery look the wing of the bird. And I also put broken stones in the lower bird. I wanted to try some different techniques and use different materials with this piece besides just the usual tig welding and scrap metal, I also wanted to create an art piece that someone could find some symbolism in.

do you mind if i ask what amperage you are running? i have had some issues welding silverware. Also do you clean/prep the silverware anyway before welding them?
