This choreo is iconic! And you are right, no one who's listened to NCT 127 for some time should be surprised by their sound. It takes risks. Cherry Bomb, Fire Truck, Punch and Sticker are so different but you have to appreciate the uniqueness of their music and to do that is to love them!

I dont understand why some are forcing the idea that no one can enjoy sticker. I liked it, not with the excuse that it is experimental or neo, I just enjoyed the song and the flute even. My ears liked the song ok. We all have pur personal tastes and just because someone thinks a song is bad doesn’t mean no one should like it.
i love Sticker the moment i heard it...the flute fits right in...it reminds me of SuperM song 'i can't stand the rain' with its asian drums...it just made the whole song super interesting to me.
Cherry Bomb is iconic! This was another confusing one for people, but she was actually 127's like first big hit! This was one of the first songs I heard and what made me decide I have to stan. This choreo is amazing. And this is hands down one of Mark's best songs, his verses go SO hard, he practically owns this song. Cherry Bomb isn't a favorite of mine either, but I love the bravado of 1 year old 127 claiming to be the biggest hit! And Cherry Bomb live is incredible! Taeyong kills this choreography! He stands out so much and does every move so precisely it's hard to remember that he joined SM with absolutely no experience in dance or music at all and built that talent from the ground up. The leg split move is so cool I'll never get over it lol 127 have split their pants too many times doing it. Sychronization is something NCT are super good at and their formations are always so interesting. And yes Winwin was here, no he didn't get lines, but he did have a cool little center part in the choreo! Can't wait for more NCT reactions!
Twitter is toxic that’s why I avoid it. Sticker isn’t my favorite at first listen but I like it after listening to it a few more times.
to sum up kpop stans' general opinion on Cherry Bomb :
-when it released: "This is absolutely horrible"
-Now: "this song was way ahead of its time, one of the most iconic kpop songs to exist."
LMAO this is a very recurring theme for NCT 127, it's almost a necessity for every 127 comeback to be contreversial (hell, even superhuman, aka one of the best produced songs ever, was hated on) so I wasn't surprised at all when Sticker started getting loads of backlash. 127 are always taking risks with their music and that's what makes their discography so fresh, innovative, and it's also why they have so much influence on the newer generations! I love to see it
The hate on Superhuman was so unnecessary and uncalled for.

cherry bomb is CRAZY. marks best rap verse, one of kpops best choreos, taeyong going absolutely crazy on live stages etc (if i listed all members i would never shut up)
this song is super funny to me though because they were singing “i’m the biggest hit” at a time when they had very little fans… some teasers to this still only have about 5k likes on twitter and that’s AFTER people found them 😭 poor boys but luckily this was also a manifestation song cuz they’re now the 2nd most popular kpop boy group~~!!!

Ah yes Cherry Bomb my very first NCT song. Brings back so many memories of just getting into NCT for the first time. I knew as soon as I seen this mv the choreography, the rapping and vocals I had to stan them. And the moment I fell in love with Jaehyun and Taeyong straight away.
People keep hating on NCT. But chart, achievement and their record broken says otherwise 👍🏻
What do people do with their lives, if they have the time to hate on a SONG? If you don’t like “weird” music, then don’t listen to it. And you have so many other options! Even within their album, there are so many great songs that are plain RnB or Hip Hop or EDM that anyone would certainly enjoy! Tolerance and understanding of the other’s tastes and preferences are a sign of maturity. In times like these, why hate when there’s so much stuff to love and appreciate? Personally, I love the album, and Sticker is THAT SONG: they got everyone’s attention for sure. It isn’t the first, and it won’t be the last time their music hits like a truck (Woo woo woo woo, Firetruck). I love NCT 127 and I love their boldness and their style.

real NCTzens know that sticker is THE sound that defines NCT 127 especially of all units they have no fear regarding that they know the risk they take with each of of their track titles... but all their b sides are a no skip!!!
Yea NCT songs, especially 127, usually get a lot of mixed reviews because they are so experimental and try NEW things all time, which you know if you don't like that just simply don't listen to it, idk why ppl are acting like NCT and SM as a whole aren't known for trying NEW things and being unpredictable, its the reason why I love NCT, they actually try different things and sounds, they aren't afraid to go outside the box and that's what keeps me listening. At first I was overwhelmed with "Sticker" because there was just so much going on, but I already knew that after a few more listens I would probably fall in love with the song, which I really did like its so addicting. Giving NCT songs more than 1 or 2 trys is probably the only reason I somehow fell into this rabbit hole and end up with them as one of my ult groups. Listening to an NCT song for the first time after listening to other non experimental K-pop groups is about the equivalent of a Culture shock, so it takes some getting used to and a person willing to learn.
Would also like to mention, this goes for a lot of big groups, NCT's popularity has been rising very quickly these past few years, the thing with popular groups is yes there are more fans but also there are more trolls and haters, you could have only like 2% of your fandom being trolls but as your numbers rise that 2% also rises and gains more attention.
It's perfectly fine to not like a song but people can be so disrespectful and bored they need to scream it at the rooftops for a week straight.
This song came out in June 2017, it was their second comeback and they had debuted a year before so yeah they look like babies 🥺 also The 7th Sense and Firetruck both came out in 2016 as well as Chewing gum
Actually NCT as a whole, but also 127 are always super synchronised, but I feel like the last couple of years they have been playing more with individualism, showing off more the individual skills of each member, because Cherry Bomb, Simon Says, Superhuman, and others they are super synchronised. It’s since Kick It that they have started idolising each member’s abilities more, which I think is super unique.
sticker might not be the cup of tea for everyone but when you get it, you get it i mean music is subjective, i personally really like sticker, the song is addictive and unique, tbh i think 127 is the only group that can pull it off and apparently 127 is doing great with sticker, the song charting well on korean charts, they already sold 2 millions copies of sticker in just a week and broke so many records with this alb. So i guess a lot of ppl are enjoying sticker too, dont bash people who like the song just because you dislike it. And the whole alb is a masterpiece, ppl should check out the rest of the alb, maybe they will find some other songs that fit them better.

OMG! Yass! You recognized "The Johnny" the moment you saw this! The amount of compilations of Johnny doing that one move that I have watched....That, and Johnny's moves in "Good Thing" bruh
For me "Cherry Bomb" made NCT go from being one of my favorite groups, to becoming my actual bias group. The song is iconic, and the choreo is iconic! Taeyong and Mark's co-writing, and Taeyong with those Kingsman references, I love it!
Despite how unique "Cherry Bomb" was/is, people were way more receptive to it. It was always 127's most popular title track before "Kick It." And the second most popular NCT song after "BOSS," before 2020. "Cherry Bomb" is one of their least divisive songs. And it's usually a song that people really pinpoint and associate as an NCT, especially a 127, signature sound. "Cherry Bomb" is always 127's show opener and if there's ever a concert or event 127 is performing at, no matter what comeback they're having, they will always have "Cherry Bomb" as one of the songs they perform. "Cherry Bomb" is always the song 127 showcases whenever they can. (I'm looking forward to when thing open again and they perform more, to see if it stays that way or it will change to "Kick It.")

Jungwoo debuted during BOSS era (2018) & then debuted in 127 squad during REGULAR era.
Cherry Bomb is my overall favourite NCT song, which just goes to show that theres something for everyone :D
I struggled with Cherry Bomb. I didn't like it the first time. I'd just begun listening to 127 last year and oh man,I couldn't catch the tune even after listening to it 3-4 times continuously. It's mostly rap and it took me a while to get used to this style. Now it's one of my favorite 127 title tracks.
So I was better prepared for this Sticker comeback in my mind and was expecting the unexpected from them. 127 did not disappoint! Loved Sticker on the first listen!
NCT-U debuted in April 2016, NCT-127 debuted in July 2016 and NCT-Dream debuted in August 2016. "Cherry Bomb" is the title track on NCT-127's third mini album.
There are 9 members in NCT-127 during "Cherry Bomb" area -- Taeyong, Taeil, Johnny, Yuta, Doyoung, Jaehyun, WinWin, Mark and Haechan. I think the only MV where you will see Jongwoo and WinWin together is in "Regular." "Regular" was Jongwoo's debut as a member of 127 and I think it was the last song where WinWin was included in 127 -- "Regular" came out in 2018 and WayV debuted in January 2019.
They debut in 2016, not 2015. the 7th Sense was in 2016. This was only a year into their career! That’s why they looked like babies.
WinWin really got so few lines in 127 but with his deep tone he actually provides background vocals and harmonies more than people realise, because his voice isn't dominant in the mixing
At first I'm confused and have mix feelings for Sticker but now totally love it. Their music need time to digest but totally worth once you understand their music. Their songs are hard to listen to and not fit most ppl taste but I like how they still keep doing it, still going their own path, show 127 own color, instead of play safe to fit listener's taste. Their music so unique and only them can pull that off
This song is in my top 3 NCT 127 songs. It's the song that got my into them. I love the the siren in the background at the beginning. Sounds so cool live!
I 100% agree that not everyone has to like a song but hating on it like MANY fans did with Sticker was completely uncalled for. Like these guys work so hard to get things out to us just like they did with this album. Not only did people hate on the song but they also shitted on the people who liked it. Saying things like “ You only like it because it’s NCT” or “ Y’all really out here praising noise music” as if “noise” music means bad and not just some term made up by people who just don’t like a certain type of music bc that “noise music” is liked by many others soooo¿? My questions are: What did people expect when they started stanning this group? How have these people not realized the type of sound Nct 127 comes with? Have they not heard fire truck? Does that song not show you that Nct will bring you a song that’s not your typical title track? Like I’m really confused on what they thought they were getting into when first stanning NCT 127. Plus Sticker isn’t even close to how weird NCT 127 can get with their beats/title tracks. (Not weird bad but weird meaning unusual and not normal). People had the same reaction with Superhuman and we KNOW they were crazy for thinking Superhuman was a bad song (Superhuman should have won SOTY just saying). Again, it’s not bad to dislike it but to act as if the boys + their producers failed in making the song and the fans who genuinely like it are insane… it’s disrespectful af in my opinion. Just wish people would think about the people who worked hard on something (even if it’s not everyone’s taste) before randomly throwing jokes/hate out there.

Taeil looks like Yangyang's long lost older brother in Cherry Bomb and I cannot be convinced otherwise. Mark's flow in Cherry Bomb is probably my favorite from him.
Highly recommend you to listen to all their bsides on your own time, I SWEAR, they have the best bsides. All albums are no skips.

It's an usual thing in every their comeback RJ, their music always on a hot debatable state which is a bop, and will be trendsetter after. several people might hate but it's cool, it's okay, but people with so much love toward them and their music surely much more than the haters. 🤣👍

I am trying to remember if you watched Highway to Heaven already...if not I think you would really like it.
I like Cherry Bomb. I listen to music a lot driving and cleaning and songs like this get my energy up. I love the NCT ballads because their voices are beautiful but I find myself listening to the "noisy" songs the most because I listen when I need hype and energy. I have a whole separate playlist for chill and relaxing songs like From Home and No longer. So I guess I love both sounds just in different occasions.

NCT 127's title tracks sadly always got shit, even Kick It was called noise music. But it's the first time NCTzen joined the nay-sayers and it's breaking my heart, since the boys seem so happy to be back and are proud of the track. I think with Kick It and the Resonance title tracks (that are definitely more mainstream friendly) came a bunch of new fans that didn't fully understand NCT 127's concept and knew what to expect. And their loud complains probably tainted the view of other fans, that maybe didn't vibe with the song at first (like some other title tracks before) and would've ended up liking it without all the negativity. So so sad. I hope the disappointed fans grow to like the comeback and at least give the album a chance. Music has always been subjectiv and something personal. It's okay to not like a song, but that doesn't mean you can't like the group anymore and/or should trash the group/company/other fans. The title track is there to grab the attention of people and the rest of the album is meant for the listening experience! Every SM stan should know that by now!

You put all my thoughts into words beautifully, I was so sad to see so many immature new stans saying the song is trash and not giving it even a second listen. Ironically, most of the fans who say Sticker is bad and that Lemonade should be their title track don't even know that Lemonade is basically a diss track for people calling their title tracks noise music ^ ^
Anyways we know our boys will stick to their word and never will conform to the generic pop sound that so many are used to!
You know it wasn't really NCTzens that gave "Sticker" crap right? NCTzens really came together for this song and voted and streamed like crazy, I was a part of so many voting and streaming groups, and this song became the song with the most music show wins out of any NCT songs. Despite only promoting for 2 weeks, we were able to get 10 music show awards (we really wanted one for each member) actually win an Inkigayo award for the first time, and become the first make kpop group with an all-kill since Wanna One in 2017. "Sticker" also got an all-kill on k-streaming sites like Melon, ect. Also "Sticker" is now the highest selling album in SM History, "Sticker" also charted in so many countries, and in a lot of countries that NCT has never charted in before. NCTzens really showed up for this song and this album.
So many of those nay-sayers were exposed as being a part of other fandoms (mainly one...you know the one, they are loud all the time) pretending to be an NCTzen to trash the comeback. There's threads on twitter of people being exposed, like people calling themselves NCTzens to trash "Sticker" but none of their other tweets were ever about NCT at all, some were even on tiktok pretending they're NCTzens saying they don't like the song/ and saying they're forcing themselves to like the song but when you go into their content they have nothing NCT related, and all of their other tiktoks are about that other kpop group.
NCTzens already know 127 is experimental, you can spot people's who's bias group is not NCT (some might be multis) very easily if they're surprised by this song being experimental.
@@Ren_NCTzen Oh I know all about those achievements and I'm super proud of the boys and all the hard work the fandom did. But even tho most of the loud nay-sayers and haters got "exposed" to be no real NCTzens, there sadly were still some fans that didn't like the title track. And maybe it's just me, but this time around it was definitely different and NCTzen themselves were more vocal about their disapointment in the choice of title track, demanding a different track etc. Sure, the fandom as a whole (which did grow over the last year) pulled through and made all those things possible, but still. I hate the word "real fans", but invested NCTzens that love them for their experimental title tracks weren't the problem (even tho even those could dislike the track, it's fine to not vibe with a particular song), it was more the casual fans, who mostly came around Neo Zone/Resonance and maybe didn't expect something so different, that immediately wrote off the song as bad and hopped on the hate-wagon (while praising b-sides). I don't know that post was my response to the things I felt at that time and while Sticker was super successful and many fans did end up liking the song and the album (thankfully!), the initial reaction to the song was hurtful to see for me.
@@hyoominie The music show awards were not the fandom "pulling through." This was the fandom really coming together and showing support from the start. This came from the initial reaction because in order to win those first music show awards there had to be streaming and voting from the get-go since they choose the curse of a Friday as a release date and that makes it even harder to get those Korean streams, the votes, and the view increase for the week since you only have a couple days, compared to other songs that may be released earlier in the week and have the full week. There is no way we would have been able to make those achievements if the newer fans were not into this song from the get-go. It just wouldn't work that way.
Casual multi-stans and SM stans every comeback, under the guise of being an NCTzen, trash 127 comebacks, that's nothing new. That happens every era. A lot of the voting groups and streaming parties I'm in became a thing during "Kick It" era. So, many of those fans in those streaming parties and voting groups are newer and came from Neo Zone era and from SuperM. So I saw a lot of responses from newer NCTzens, and a lot of them weren't loud nay-sayers, they were the exact opposite. The newer NCTzens I saw were loud in saying why it should be a title track even if some of them may have personally liked "Lemonade" as a song more, "Sticker" was the experimental track needed to be a title track and they understood that as NCTzens new or old. Most multis and basic SM stans were the ones I saw on YT saying "Lemonade" should be the title track, and so many NCTzens were responding with why "Sticker" is the title track.

WayV hasn't also debuted yet cuz like you said this song came out in 2017 while WayV debuted in 2019 thats why Winwin was still here in NCT 127 but ever since he got debuted in WayV ( cuz his a Chinese ) he got less time to be with every NCT 127 song since he was already in WayV but its ok for me as long as his happy 😆😄 also when it was my first time watching Cherry Bomb dance practice I was mistaken Taeil for Yangyang
