Bro woh compound ki individual elements ki ionization enthalpy kam hone se woh compound jyada stable hoti hai
He is talking about stability of compound formed by that element not about stability of that element

Ionisation enthalpy neg hi hoti h dear... Thermodynamics padha tha last year
