It's simple, your sparsh id is the sms you receive from pcds for pension credit that you account no has been credited, just add 01 after the account no which will be your sparsh login id.
Sir mai sparsh ke service centre jo kota LO office mein hai waha pata kiya to pata chala ki Navy and Air force ka sparsh ppo abhi generate nahi ho raha hai. Kya yah true hai. Mai Navy se hu.

Are shown in IDENTIFICATION STATUS, BUT NOT UPDATED in MIGRATION STATUS. So, after following every step of your's to get the SPARSH PASSWORD, i.e. SPARSH PPO NO WITH 03 ENDING, I am not getting any OTP, but it is showing that "THE ENTERED USER NAME IS NOT EXIST." Now, how to get my USER NAME & PASSWORD? I HAVE LODGED THE COMPLAINT THOUGH, BUT NO RESPONSE UNTIL NOW. ANY SUGGESTIONS FROM ANYONE PL.S?🙏
For Defence Civilian Pensioners to get the USER ID, we have to suffix/add 02 to the Sparsh P.P.O. No. & then we will get the OTP & then after filling that OTP only Another ALPHANUMERIC PASSWORD we will get. Pl.s try this and give me a reply! Thank You Very Much & Happy Christmas To All Of You. ☑️The solution to my kind of problem is that we have to suffix/add 02 to SPARSH PPO AND NOT 03❌ then only we get the forgot password's OTP and then the password. Then we can login to SPARSH browser page. We I made Successfully now! 🙏😇

I have not received User ID and password. While checking the status on the PCDA website the mobile number is showing wrongly (******8807). My mobile number last four digits is *****8071. So I can't use the forgot password option for login. Because I haven't been getting OTP due to the wrong mobile number . I have registered a complaint for the same. The following message received from PCDA For amendment/updation in SPARSH PPO, you may yourself correct it in SPARSH portal through using your login id & password and attached supporting documents and raise a service request from your portal which will send to your Record office for processing of Corrigendum PPO. PATH: Profile < Manage profile< PSR request or Please liaise with ORO New Delhi for initiation of case related to data correction. How can solve the problem.
