This Legal Talk covers the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) Guidelines and the most current compliance requirements. As of JANUARY 3rd, 2025, there is NO mandatory compliance for the CTA while courts are hearing oral arguments in several circuits nationwide. All other information continues to apply.
