Most of you guys might know this already but.... Yellow Diamond-physically Blue Diamond-emotionally White Diamond-mentally Steven/Pink Diamond- spiritually Agree?
Cool idea I had: Yellow sides with Steven. Being logical and and methodical, Yellow Diamond would eventually realize that Steven is the product of Pink’s love and essentially her creation, not pink herself. Blue, coming to a similar conclusion, wants to rip Pink’s gem from his body and bring her back out of grief that Pink is so close to being back. Yellow stands up for Steven, seeing the bigger picture and finally understands “the use of feeling” and wants to protect pink’s wishes and legacy, not bring her back, and sees the logic of the combination of organic and inorganic life that Steven is. She fights Blue to protect Steven. I just think that it would be great to see Yellow, who was for the longest time the largest antagonist, become the sponsor for Steven’s legitimacy.
I think the same Yellow appear to want go forward more than Blue, and can accept Steven is another person. Blue show more deneid to that. Plus is you compare the two conversations in the extraction Chambers blue try Steven more like a child than Yellow, the last inclusive make at him answer of her doubt. There's always the possibility that the gems are fake, and created as a cover for the existence of "Rose Quartz," due to Pink Diamond being unable to perfectly impersonate an Amethyst, or some other variety of Quartz soldier.
I hate that cartoon network only airs 1 episode of SU once in a few months. The new episode was literally right before adult swim all by itself with only a 15min slot... they should just move it to adult swim since all the viewer base is older than the target audiance of cartoon network which is brain dead 6 year olds.
If only Cartoon Network would stop sitting on all of the finished episodes that have been ready to release for a while and stop slowly strangling the show, it would be lovely. :) Seriously though, I wish we could rescue Steven Universe from this treatment. Okay so I remember in one of your videos you speculated that SU could be related to A Wrinkle In Time somehow. Well at the end of that story, the little boy who is shown to be loving and innocent throughout it, is mind controlled by the main villain and ends up having to fight the protagonists. Battle of heart and mind 🤔 Yellow diamond feels in her heart that Steven is not pink diamond but her mind is to stuck on gem kind and keeping that going. Blue diamond mind knows that Steven is not pink diamond but her emotions are to stuck on losing pink diamond and that relationship.

Ok, so here's a little theory. While yes, I personally believe Blue Diamond will represent Heart and Yellow Diamond will represent Mind, I could be wrong. Here's why: Blue Diamond reacted more severely in Together Alone, to the fusions, stating to Stevonnie, "Unfuse before I make you" Yellow Diamond seemed more fearful, (this may tie into the fact that White pearl was present and may act as an observer for White diamond) and may have thrown Stevonnie into the prison to shield them from White. Yellow may see that the cause for fusions will benefit Homeworld, and strengthen their soldiers, and that curing corruption would provide more Homeworld gems. After all, fusion will play a big part in changing Homeworld, and Blue's bias towards them may prevent her from joining Steven first. Just a food for thought.
3:44 I dont think they get into a fight. As you see, Connie and Steven are in the bubble, and it looks like they have just been thrown or they attacked Yellow, which causing her to fall and hit Blue. Yeah... i believe that White Diamond is going with the logic: "We don't need to save those corrupted gems because we're going to extract all of earth's resources so it would just be a waist of time" And Steven would be more like: "We have to save them because all life matters and everything is precious and that includes all the corrupted gems and the humans." So that's why Steven is the Heart. And White Diamond is The Logic (Mind) and that brings us to: Steven Universe: The Battle of Heart and Mind IDK just a theory.
Then white come to earth. SEES the corrupted gems. White diamond is the mind, Yellow is physical, Blue is emotional and Pink is the change. It does make sense. The mind is always first and your mind is the boss, the mind tells you what to do, when to do it and how. White. Next your physical body comes next, yellow, then your emotions come, blue. Although no matter what you do, your mind always changes one way or the other. Pink is that change. The reason why White likes Pink so much is because Pink is like her. But Pink is the change not the same. She was the only elite who thought things had to change for the better of everyone, even if that means going against the rules that already exist. Remember how the first look at PD was in a memory with Yellow and not blue? Then, in a memory where Blue is talking to Pink, it still has Yellow there. This could imply Pink actually felt closer to Yellow than Blue. This could lead to EITHER diamond being the heart. If Blue, she could have been angered by anyone suggesting that Pink did not favour her, causing her to attack in denial or protect Steven in an effort to prove they are close. If Yellow, Steven could have finally appealed to her about it or that closeness made Yellow feel like Steven/Pink should stay on Homeworld to avoid Pink starting more trouble.
Could be a possible foreshadow to be a puppet for white diamond? (Just like the promo suggests how YD could probably be mind controlled?) Like how actual stringed puppets just have their hands outwards.

I feel that the battle of heart and mind is a very fitting name, it basically means the fight between pink and white. As we saw in the episode where they healed nephrite, yellow restores their physical state, blue restores their emotional state, and pink restores their mind, and white restores all of the above. Think about it, we can see hearts as a sign of emotion, a state of mind, or something that we physically have. In the title, heart could be interpreted as white and mind as pink/steven in that sense. But thats just how I see the title.
Dont know if this is okay but I just woke up from a weird dream about where the plot is going and a surprise twist. Okay so everyone shattered, Steven does his best to save them. Alittle bit after the fight they are getting along calling him Steven, and hes sitting around a cliff talking to white dimond, and she says that the only way for him to exist is if starlight made him, she couldn't have made him and disappeared, after the conversation Steven's wondering, once back on earth he talks to his dad , you know to get his thoughts out and such. Steven's dad appears on the roof and his appearance melts away into his mother and she just says hi Steven, it's me. Very weird dream, dont know what fueled it. I just played division before bed
Heart and Mind I believe is a call back to when Connie and Steven were talking about the book about familiars. Evil Connie can represent White Pearl in violent way to convince Steven to tell everything to White bc while she's in control in her mind, she still has a heart somewhere and Connie represents our Pearl trying to protect Steven through the heart only to realize what White Pearl's intentions were in her mind. Maybe White Pearl is warning Steven and Connie in a terrifying manor that they can't leave bc of White wrath which may cause Steven to sing "Change your Mind" during the battle and when the song ends, he hits White with his Pink aura that comes from the heart to finally get to Whites mind to finally listen. Steven's familiar will be Pink who might chime in during that sequence and Whites familiar would be White Pearl who may later be saved bc of Steven and Pink essentially.

I think maybe Yellow isn't mind controlled, but I think she's gonna be the one who offsets this equation and takes Steven's side. Think about this, Yellow hasn't said much about White aside from her qualities, and seems Yellow is just not fond of White. Unlike Blue who holds onto the old times, and probably won't want to defy White because she might just remember the past White and how close they all were. Plus maybe in the promo when Blue says : "That's enough!" and attacks someone that someone could be Yellow. It could be a throwback to when Jasper (who we all thought would be getting a redemption) started getting corrupted and attacked Steven. This situation could mirror what we might see in battle of heart and mind. The parallels that I'm suggesting here is that Blue Diamond (someone else speculated to be redeemed) trying to be swayed by Yellow and Steven, to see reason, attacks the two feeling cornered and not wanting to see reason. Perhaps yellow like Steven will be scarred and that might be what sets yellow over the edge to attack blue. I don't know this all just seems like it's happening so fast and I'm so excited for it!

I got a bit of a theory about the finale. What if Steven discovers that White Diamond's mind was damaged when she, Blue and Yellow blasted the Earth if he were to enter White's mind to try & finally get his words across to her. That kind of attack could have been mostly powered by White Diamond and her mind just fractured under the pressure.
I have dreams about Steven Universe. They happen often and I had a interesting one about home world. It started a theory that white does have a heart, in the dream whites room in her ship was being build and that was all that is important to this theory. I think after pink was “shattered” she emotionally broke down. If she’s the most powerful diamond she must have all the powers of the other diamonds, in this case she had blues emotions. By the time Steven got to home world and saw white, she had lost her heart because she was in there by herself, with her pearl being the only one that came in to tell her about gem stuff. This is just what I think but, if u agree like so we can get round table to see this.

The mind is always first and your mind is the boss, the mind tells you what to do, when to do it and how. White. Next your physical body comes next, yellow, then your emotions come, blue. Although no matter what you do, your mind always changes one way or the other. Pink is that change. The reason why White likes Pink so much is because Pink is like her. I feel that the battle of heart and mind is a very fitting name, it basically means the fight between pink and white. As we saw in the episode where they healed nephrite, yellow restores their physical state, blue restores their emotional state, and pink restores their mind, and white restores all of the above. Think about it, we can see hearts as a sign of emotion, a state of mind, or something that we physically have. In the title, heart could be interpreted as white and mind as pink/steven in that sense.
But thats just how I see the title.

Dont know if this is okay but I just woke up from a weird dream about where the plot is going and a surprise twist.
Okay so everyone shattered, Steven does his best to save them. Alittle bit after the fight they are getting along calling him Steven, and hes sitting around a cliff talking to white dimond, and she says that the only way for him to exist is if starlight made him, she couldn't have made him and disappeared, after the conversation Steven's wondering, once back on earth he talks to his dad , you know to get his thoughts out and such. Steven's dad appears on the roof and his appearance melts away into his mother and she just says hi Steven, it's me.

Heart and Mind I believe is a call back to when Connie and Steven were talking about the book about familiars. Evil Connie can represent White Pearl in violent way to convince Steven to tell everything to White bc while she's in control in her mind, she still has a heart somewhere and Connie represents our Pearl trying to protect Steven through the heart only to realize what White Pearl's intentions were in her mind. Maybe White Pearl is warning Steven and Connie in a terrifying manor that they can't leave bc of White wrath which may cause Steven to sing "Change your Mind" during the battle and when the song ends, he hits White with his Pink aura that comes from the heart to finally get to Whites mind to finally listen. Steven's familiar will be Pink who might chime in during that sequence and Whites familiar would be White Pearl who may later be saved bc of Steven and Pink essentially.

I think maybe Yellow isn't mind controlled, but I think she's gonna be the one who offsets this equation and takes Steven's side. Think about this, Yellow hasn't said much about White aside from her qualities, and seems Yellow is just not fond of White. Unlike Blue who holds onto the old times, and probably won't want to defy White because she might just remember the past White and how close they all were. Plus maybe in the promo when Blue says : "That's enough!" and attacks someone that someone could be Yellow. It could be a throwback to when Jasper (who we all thought would be getting a redemption) started getting corrupted and attacked Steven. This situation could mirror what we might see in battle of heart and mind. The parallels that I'm suggesting here is that Blue Diamond (someone else speculated to be redeemed) trying to be swayed by Yellow and Steven, to see reason, attacks the two feeling cornered and not wanting to see reason. Perhaps yellow like Steven will be scarred and that might be what sets yellow over the edge to attack blue. I don't know this all just seems like it's happening so fast and I'm so excited for it!

I have dreams about Steven Universe. They happen often and I had a interesting one about home world. It started a theory that white does have a heart, in the dream whites room in her ship was being build and that was all that is important to this theory. I think after pink was “shattered” she emotionally broke down. If she’s the most powerful diamond she must have all the powers of the other diamonds, in this case she had blues emotions. By the time Steven got to home world and saw white, she had lost her heart because she was in there by herself, with her pearl being the only one that came in to tell her about gem stuff. This is just what I think but, if u agree like so we can get round table to see this.
