I was awakened a week or two ago to be a Norwegian forest cat (theriotype) and I haven't had any shifts, nor phantom limbs I am still trying to meditate :)
Awesome videos but I often bent my fingers in like that as a younger kid and I can tell my fingers are kinda bend from doing it all the time. But stay safe when you do it! ❤
